Very nice and clean accommodation, they accept animals and is to be appreciated. Good location to visit Gijon, aviles, covadonga, oviedo etc The house has all the commissions, for putting a but there is a rooster in the village that wakes you up at 5.30 but it is not the fault of the accommodation. We would repeat without any hesitation

Marcos is a very good host. We arrived late at the accommodation but he waited for us until we arrived and explained everything kindly and even helped us find some dinner. The house is as it comes in the photos. It is a place outside of Gijón but very quiet and intimate. The house was clean, the bed comfortable, all the necessary utensils and more in the kitchen. We spent a night in Lys's apartment, which is incredibly well located, close to all the bars but in a quiet and noise-free place. The views are beautiful and the apartment is bright with all the amenities. A nice touch to leave coffee, tea, milk, to make breakfast the next morning. Check-in was flexible and Lys was very kind, accommodating a last-minute change, and quick to reply to messages. He also gave us some recommendations for the place, what to visit, and where to eat. Thank you very much! We were very comfortable.

The apartment was exactly what we were looking for for the holiday. Everything was very clean and cozy. Communication with Luisma was impeccable. We can only recommend it.

Very nice and secluded small cottage, very quiet and private. We stayed just over a week - while small it has everything you need. Excellent base for the northern Picos and the coast, we did some great hikes! Would definitely recommend to nature lovers. Jose was very easy to reach and very accomodating with clear instructions and proactive attitude. In short, highly recommended!

We spent some nice days in Laura's house. The house is situated in a quiet, rural environment. It's all as described. Gijon, beaches and attractions are easily accessible by car. We were able to park our car right next to the house. Laura was always available, very attentive (e.g. had already turned on the heating for our arrival), friendly and helpful. Thanks a lot! It's all over the description. It had everything, with its instructions and amazing. We didn't have time to take advantage of it. Kitchen and bathroom with many utensils and groceries, towels and sheets of 10. I recommend it and I would come back without thinking. Thank you very much, Maria 😉

The house is a pass, it is very bright and if the weather accompanies you, it is a joy. you are 15minutes by taxi from the center of Gijón. we will repeat without a doubt

We had a great time, if we lacked something, the location was very good near Oviedo and Gijón and with good plans nearby to visit related to the area and mining. The very nice and quiet estate allows you to enjoy nature and isolate you from the world , so it is also a good plan. I recommend going during the day at least the first time. For us it was a nice experience and to repeat it without a doubt. Thanks for everything.

Carlos is an exceptional person, very good communication with him and he made sure everything was to our liking. He welcomed us with a bottle of cider and some casavielles. The apartment as shown in the photos was impeccable. We travel a lot and stay in many apartments and it is the first time we have found a clean apartment, a clean kitchen, an impeccable bathroom and many details, it is truly appreciated. The apartment is located in a quiet residential area and we were able to rest. You have everything around you: Alimerka, Carrefour Express, pharmacy. It also allows you to be with your dog and comes with a parking space.

Jose, he was a good host, he allowed us to check in later than the scheduled time and he was waiting for our arrival. He showed us the whole complex and gave us quality recommendations for the area. He even accessed our request to provide us with a thief when we needed him. He also threw us a cable with the check-out. Grateful, we recommend this accommodation, if you are looking for a few days of peace and tranquility in a rural setting. Keep in mind that there are quite a few curves to get there and that you may get a little dizzy, take it easy and ready. Price - quality, worth it 😇

We spent a month in Ivan's apartment and we really enjoyed it. Firstly, it's convenience - it has an underground parking place (a bit small for a larger car but it's how it is in most of Spain), it has a proper desk and an office chair for work, the internet was reliable and we found everything needed to cook, organise our stuff, etc. Its location is great, especially if you have a dog. There is a park a few steps away, another park 15 minutes away, the beach is 25 minutes walking. There are at least a few groceries shops nearby. The apartment itself was clean, nicely organised and decorated, we felt like at home. Ivan was friendly and responsive, provided some tips and recommendations. I'd highly recommend this place.

We have been here for 5 days and the apartment is just as it appears in the photos. Very well decorated, totally renovated. The parking is very good. It is true that it is a little far from the center to walk but we went by car and in 10 minutes we were parking near the center. Also, keep in mind that not having an elevator makes it hard to go up with suitcases. But if you want a quiet and well-equipped apartment in a quiet area of Aviles, I definitely recommend it.

Magical location. Beautiful home. We really enjoyed our stay and appreciated the little things that Ruben had prepared ie Lovely wash products, coffee pods, washing detergent, even a small olive oil to cook with. Can only highly recommend. Maybe the nicest rental I've used!

We had great time at this apartment. Clean, cosy and well located. We enjoyed the big park nearby. And the beach is a walk distance. It was easy to park our car at the stadium parking anytime. And we loved to discover all the beauties of Asturias region. The apparent is well equipped, we were able to cook our favourite dishes and feel like home. The accommodation was located very close to the beach. There were many local shops nearby, plus supermarkets and a 12-hour open pharmacy. Also, there was an area to be able to take the pet out for a walk.

An absolutely stunning place to stay, sad it was only for one night, but a great place to chill. Sandra was faultlessly helpful and accommodating, even though we arrived 2hrs early the room was prepared and access allowed. The bar/restaurant downstairs was superb (all run by the fabulous host, great drinks, very tasty food, and friendly locals (but not many of those). We had a fantastic stay at Sandra's place. The location of the apartment is very convenient for getting to the city center. All appliances are in good condition. I highly recommend it to those who enjoy high-tech amenities, especially the auto-check-in system. Although we were locked out of our room with no one came to open the door with a physical key during the power outage, as all doors can only be opened with electronic code locks. Anyway, who knows if we will meet the power outage! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Oviedo and thank you to the host.

Cabin in the mountain with charm, as shown in the photos, cozy and in the middle of nowhere to be quiet, María Luisa and Miguel are charming people who were aware of anything we needed at all times, just to know them, it was worth the trip.
