My favourite place on Earth 😊 While it’s close enough to Dublin, it’s so private and peaceful it feels like you are completely away from civilisation in the most positive way. The surrounding are absolutely stunning, and there is a lot of sightseeing nearby. This place is just perfect for disconnecting from the busy city life. And lastly, Richard and Ben are fantastic hosts, very friendly, responsive and helpful. I would highly recommend this place and will definitely be coming back here myself 💚

We stayed at Hazel’s place for a weekend and it was absolutely beautiful and stunning. If you are looking for a peaceful oasis this is the place to stay. Hazel is also a great host and very responsive. I would highly recommend.

We absolutely loved our stay at Rock Farm Slane! The place is so peaceful, surrounded by nature, making it the perfect escape from the hustle and bustle. Our dog, Zoe, had the best time exploring the wide, walkable spaces and taking in the beautiful sights. The atmosphere is serene, and it’s a wonderful spot to relax and unwind. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a tranquil getaway—especially for those with pets who love the outdoors! We’ll definitely be back.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Very peaceful and picturesque private place to unwind and a great base to explore Louth and into the north. Close to beaches and some nice pub/restaurants nearby.

Our stay with Margaret on the farm was absolutely fantastic. The location and the views from the house are amazing with some great fishing on the grand canal only 2 minutes away. A great place for walking and cycling with excellent access and parking along it. There are some great places to eat in the nearby towns 20 minutes away. Margaret is wonderful at making you feel welcome and comfortable.

The cottage is an amazing getaway, a good digital detox in lovely surroundings with Alpacas for company. Paul was the perfect host throughout. We travelled with our pet dog too. The cottage is very well finished with all conveniences. The nearest supermarket is 10mins drive and we cooked in the cottage both nights. We wanted the two nights as a nice relaxing break. We did some hillwalking in the Slieve Bloom Mountains nearby. Highly recommend for a relaxing break away

Omar was a great host! Very responsive. No surprises. Everything’s very clean. Welcome food gift was a plus. Easy to find and get in and out.

We had a lovely stay. Beautiful views, cosy and clean house. The fireplace with plenty of logs was a plus. Also loads of space for our dogs to run about. Would definitely stay again.

Daniel made us feel right at home. Recommend great food spots and markets close by. Was always available when needing anything. He was a superb host and would definitely stay again.

Fantastic place and great location!

A beautifully and extremely well equipped home that was a perfect base for us to explore the region. The elegantly designed cottage was comfortable and spotlessly clean and the private enclosed back garden was the icing on the cake with the beautiful sunshine and our dog who could potter about freely. Celine as a host was extremely friendly in her interactions and was very responsive to all messages. I have no qualms about recommending this listing to others.

Sean was a wonderful host. His apartment is a great location in the heart of Temple Bar. We loved the Stagedoor Café & the waiter Graham right next-door and went every morning we were there. Some people mentioned noise, but we use a sound machine app and didn’t hear a thing.

The property is class, very cosy and comfortable, a great place to chill out and a good base to explore from. It has one off street parking space. Salthill train station was approx 20mins walk away and the route 4 bus (which goes into the city and ends at Heuston train station) starts about 5mins away, very handy for catching the airport express bus. Christine provided the use of leap cards, brilliant idea for a tourist. This removes a lot of uncertainty of getting temporary ones and simplifies things.

Spacious, sun drenched, well stocked, and clean apartment. Great location with lots of restaurants and sights nearby. Easily walkable, but public transportation is also right outside. Would highly recommend!

Lovely cottage, very spacious and clean. Family loved it, especially the little walk down to Blessington lake. The surroundings and views are just as you see on the photos, beautiful. Very peaceful location, 15min drive to shops/pubs. We had a fabulous time! Thank you

Wow! This was the perfect ending to our two week trip to Ireland. Such a unique property. VERY spacious for our group of 5. We each had our own bedroom, bathroom and parlor if we wanted it! The home was very clean and well equipped. The town of Malahide is quaint with lots of options to eat, drink, shop and walk along the water. Malahide is only a 5 minute drive. Daniel gave us great recommendations for dining. Dublin was a 30 minute taxi ride depending on traffic. 10 minute drive to airport which was really convenient. I would highly recommend staying at this country estate!

5 stars – Wonderful weekend stay in Dublin! We stayed from Friday to Monday – four adults – and had an amazing time at this Airbnb. The place was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. It’s in a great location within walking distance of Camden Street, Grafton Street, and Temple Bar, which made it easy to explore the city on foot. The host was excellent – communication was quick and friendly, they checked in to see how things were going, and even allowed us an early check-in and late check-out, which was much appreciated. On top of that, we arrived to find snacks, milk, water, orange juice, and a few beers waiting for us – such a thoughtful touch! As a bonus, the neighborhood was having its yearly street party during our stay, and we were warmly welcomed to join in. It made the whole experience feel even more special and memorable. Highly recommend this place if you’re visiting Dublin – we’d definitely stay again!

You would be hard-pressed to find a better location in Dublin, we were able to walk to pretty much anything that we wanted to do or see in Dublin. Close to Temple bar with lots of great bars and restaurants. And even though it is busy outside, Paul’s apartment was peaceful and quiet. I would like to extend my sincerest thank you to Paul and Marcel who were incredibly patient and helpful when we accidentally locked ourselves out. Traveling with two children and locking ourselves out caused us a lot of stress but we were back in the apartment in no time at all. Thank you Paul and Marcel! Do not hesitate to stay here, you will be happy you did.

A fantastic and adorable cottage just steps from County Louth Golf Club. Highly recommend.

Cannot say enough nice things about Denise and her property! Only stayed one night on my way back to the airport at the end of a trip but wish I could have enjoyed it longer as it was my favorite lodging of my trip. The guest house was much more spacious than the photos make it look - and absolutely lovely. Spotless top to bottom with lots of little touches and thoughtful extras. Bed was very comfy (and as the kind of traveler who always checks mattresses …. Also spotless!) Convenient to Dublin and the airport, but in a quiet area. Denise was very responsive and friendly, including offering some local recommendations - highly recommend a stay here if you’re in the area!
