The house is just great. Just as described, rather better. The heated pool allows you to play in the water for hours. Children can be supervised from the shaded seating area. The many other play options in and around the house allow you to spend entire days without boredom. The air conditioning keeps the house pleasantly cool and can be individually controlled. The equipment is in top condition. Ivan is a great host and responds in record time. We were there as a family with 5 adults and two children and would like to come back.

I spent New Year's Eve with my friends in Stefan's accommodation and we were very impressed by the beauty of the house, new, clean, functional, equipped with every comfort. The rooms each with their own bathroom offer maximum privacy to each guest while the open lounge allows you to enjoy moments together with other guests in total relaxation and comfort. Stefan is a fantastic host, always available, who put us in the best conditions to feel at home. Thank you!

We had a wonderful holiday (and honeymoon!) at Casa Valla. We were so warmly welcomed and it was a such a pleasure to meet Matea, her father, Elvis and her mother. We were made to feel so at home and they even gave us kind and thoughtful honeymoon gifts! ❤️ The property is spotlessly clean, fresh and modern with everything needed for a relaxing holiday. The beds are large & very comfortable, the shower was powerful with hot water at all times. We especially loved the spacious pool, barbeque area and the view over the fields to the hills. It was quiet and peaceful but only a 5-10 mins walk to either a large supermarket or up the hill to the old town. There were many walking routes and trails, so if you love walking this is a great spot. However, the thing that made Casa Valla most special for us was the hosts and their warmth, kindness and the real pride they take in their property. We would recommend Casa Valla anyone who wants a peaceful, relaxing holiday in a beautiful place ❤️

Host is very helpful and communicative. The place is great but bring good shoes as the entire town is not easy to walk through and be ready to climb no matter where you go. Pool is great, spa is lovely. Goran is super nice

Reception was very nice with a welcome gift. Communication with Miro (contact person) was easy and you got quick feedback. Also very helpful with problems. In total, a very successful vacation/stay and definitely recommended!

We were guests as a family of 4 in Esther's small, Istrian cottage. Ester, as well as her daughter Edita, were super friendly and helpful with everything we needed. The excursion destinations Edita recommended to us were great. 😃 The parking is located behind the house, the driveway or exit is a bit tricky due to the adjacent olive trees, but otherwise no problem. The pool is not visible from the street and is located a bit off the house. We liked to use the sun terrace, even though one or the other hallway was no longer completely intact. The beds are perfect, we slept very well in it. Beds are made and there are plenty of towels. The kitchen is well equipped so that you can prepare all kinds of things. Air conditioning on all floors, also a plus. 👍 Close the windows that you don't hear about the traffic. A perfect starting point for things to do for us. Thank you! 🫶

Tanja and Darko welcomed us in a loving way. Smiling and always available, they gave us all the useful information to explore the area and pampered us by offering us products from their territory and an excellent snack prepared by Tanja. The accommodation is extremely well-kept and very clean, with air conditioning, mosquito nets, parking and a small fenced garden perfect for traveling with your dog. Located in a quiet and convenient area, just a few minutes' walk from the sea. A convenience store, bakery and restaurant are also within walking distance. Highly recommended! We can't wait to come back!!

We absolutely loved our time at Anna’s tiny home. It was a perfect size for the two of us and the little garden outside was a lovely addition. We especially enjoyed being able to dry our laundry outside. Anna’s place is in a great location - close to restaurants that are not just for tourists, but also a short walk to the tourist area or public transit. Anna met us for check in and gave us several ideas for what to do with our time in Trieste - we ended up doing everything she suggested and had a great visit. Would absolutely come again.

Very good location, centrally located in Barcola, but quiet. Great ambiance, beautiful rooms. We - a family of 5 with kids aged 10, 7, 5 - stayed at the house for a week in August. The house is situated in an incredibly beautiful spot overlooking the Bay of Trieste near Piran. The surroundings were great for us: A private walking/climbing path allowed us to reach the rocky beach in 5 minutes; the garden is great for relaxing (as long as the mosquitos were asleep...); and beautiful Piran is just 10...15 minutes away on foot. The house has all needed amenities and a nice mediterranean ambience. Out host Baca provided us with all needed information and hints and always responded quickly. Thank you for making this stay possible!

We had a wonderful stay! The house was very clean, well equipped and just as described in the photos, even better. The location was quiet and yet well connected. We felt very comfortable. The living area is very spacious and the kitchen is fully equipped. The house was perfect for us with two dogs. Private terrace with a small, fenced garden. In 5 minutes you can walk - On the Umag harbor promenade - at a highly recommended grill restaurant and - for shopping at KONZUM Tamara is a very warm and friendly hostess. She also gave us various tips for restaurants, excursions, etc. Highly recommended!

Peter was always very friendly and responded quickly to questions. The check-in was very flexible and Peter greeted us personally. The house was great. Very spacious, everything is sparkling clean and everything you need is also available. We immediately felt very comfortable and would stay with Peter again at any time. There's nothing wrong with it.

If you don't mind climbing stairs, this is the place to be. 1 minute walk to the harbor and all the restaurants, yet so quiet. Clear recommendation!

Our stay was absolutely wonderful! The apartment was spotless, very well maintained, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. It was clear that a lot of care and attention went into preparing the space. The neighborhood was quiet and pleasant, and we felt completely at ease throughout our visit. We were received very warmly🙏🏼 There are a few apartments for rent, as well as parking for campers. For those who like company, there is a giant table outside where you could spend a nice evening with wine. It has air conditioning, small kitchen and a balcony. Very clean and nicely decorated. It was just beautiful, we would recommend it!

We had an amazing time! The house and poolhouse are absolutely great and also a very clean and amazing pool in the garden. Sabina is a great host, pro active, answers quickly. We would love to go back!

As a family of five, we spent 14 days in the beautiful Villa Sentona. The house is beautifully furnished, with great taste and many useful details. It is bigger than it looks in the photos. The beds were very comfortable and everything was exceptionally clean. The garden has grown in the meantime and offers not only privacy but also a relaxing ambience. The pool was amazing and was cleaned several times a week. Everything was perfect, we absolute reccomend Villa Sentona and Boris, he is a very nice host.

Gorgeous little house just outside Umag. Two minutes stroll to the sea and a couple of restaurants/beach bars. The house comes with an SUP and two bikes which was great. We drove into Umag most evenings for dinner where there are loads of restaurants, we particularly liked the ones along the sea front. We also drove to Rovinj which is beautiful and Porec. We felt Umag was nicely off the beaten track, away from other busy places in August.
