We loved staying at Elizabeta's. The house was even better than we expected, everything is clean and comfy. Elizabeta and her family are great hosts.

Staying at the cottage was amazing, felt like we were there for weeks because it felt like home. The place is spacious and has everything you need for a cozy nature getaway. The location is perfect, short drives to hiking paths, the sea and the city. Mirna is a lovely host so definitely 100% recommend this place.

If your idea of paradise is fabulous views from outside dining, bedrooms and infinity pool, this is the villa for you. So peaceful and private with birdsong amongst the flowers, strawberries and olive trees. It felt like our home away from home. The villa is spotlessly clean with plenty of towels for the 2.5 bathrooms and swimming pool. A central location to use as a base to explore different aspects of Istria including the hill top villages and diverse coastal areas. The host Marjana, is warm and. delightful. She and her partner want to make your stay very memorable.

Host is very helpful and communicative. The place is great but bring good shoes as the entire town is not easy to walk through and be ready to climb no matter where you go. Pool is great, spa is lovely. Goran is super nice

Our stay (2 adults, 2 children) at Oriela's was wonderful. The apartment is really close to the water, has everything you need and we were completely satisfied. Upon our arrival, we were even greeted with a large fruit bowl. Oriela surprised us with delicious cake and made us happy. In the wonderful weather, you could always eat on the terrace and have a good time. Great is the parking right by the house. Oriela has provided a beautiful environment with many small lights and so we were outside for a long time. Anyone who spends time there should take a close look around the house. There are countless small details on/in the walls and wherever you look, you notice something beautiful. Thank you for the great vacation 🌞

We had a great vacation in Klaus' fantastically beautiful accommodation. The facility is super well maintained and Klaus was always available. In the event of a defective water drain in the bathroom, Klaus reacted super quickly and sent a craftsman who was very friendly and could repair everything directly. Our spontaneous guests were even allowed to spend a night with their camper in the parking lot for free - THANK YOU for that. We'd love to come back and recommend the place!

Very clean appartment, the garden and patio were nice to enjoy the great weather. Walkable distance to the sea and the centre of umag and mostly quiet surroundings

Very modern house with great amenities. You should keep in mind that you need a car, but we thought that was good, as we had so much privacy and by car you were still quickly at many shopping opportunities as well as by the sea. We always got super fast feedback on questions. There were no problems — on the contrary. And yet we always had our peace and privacy. We were very satisfied and would come back!

We spent our first Istria holidays here as a couple with a small dog. The accommodation was super modern, very spacious and well equipped with everything you need. The outdoor area with beautiful pool and green turnaround was also great and since it was also completely fenced, our small dog was also able to enjoy full freedom. Andreja also left the additional hot tub on the terrace in May at our request, which we appreciated very much, as it was unfortunately too cold due to the weather to bathe in the pool. BBQ an extra plus. You are definitely dependent on a car, but as a starting point it was very great with about a 30-minute drive to Porec and Rovinj and about 40 minutes to Pula. So there is a lot to do in the nearby area, and you can still relax and unwind in this accommodation. We are more than happy to recommend:)

I spent New Year's Eve with my friends in Stefan's accommodation and we were very impressed by the beauty of the house, new, clean, functional, equipped with every comfort. The rooms each with their own bathroom offer maximum privacy to each guest while the open lounge allows you to enjoy moments together with other guests in total relaxation and comfort. Stefan is a fantastic host, always available, who put us in the best conditions to feel at home. Thank you!

Helena welcomed us very kindly. The arrangement when we arrived worked great. She explained and showed us everything on site and also gave us tips on where to eat well. Everything was already there on site, a small purchase had already been made, for the first hunger. Dishwasher tabs, taps for the washing machine, dishcloths, but also charcoal…… everything available. Then a large fruit basket was brought over in between. Helena was also always available and after a small storm, she asked the next day if we were okay and if someone should come to clean up. The pool was also cleaned once in between. It's also great there with a dog, because it's properly fenced, and walking the dog is no problem. So we were completely satisfied and would go back. Thank you very much to Helena and also to your husband🫶🏻

The Villa is beautiful. The architecture, design and build is first rate. The interior design is soothing and comfortable. A mix of stone farmhouse and modern mediterranean. Everything was very high quality and most impressive. The location and views are amazing. The pool and pool house are stunning. The landscape is very well done, the garden ( we did pick tomatoes, watermelon, baby carrots and shallots, after we asked if it was ok) is lovely. The grapes were picked during our stay and one of our group helped out ( for about 15 minutes, ha ha). The only minor drawback were the bugs. Evidently late Sept early Oct. is the season for a particular bug. No big thing. I highly recommend the Villa and thank you Andreas and Hana.

Great villa with amazing views. In small hamlet with other villas. Very close rustic restauant, with other great restaurant a short drive away. Close to cycle route, but hilly.

We were guests at Majda's for a week and enjoyed the time very much. Especially the terrace and the garden, but also the proximity to the sea. Majda is a very friendly hostess, we felt very comfortable and would gladly come back

We had a lovely stay with Lina who is a very responsive and accommodating host. The accommodation is small but very functional, everything was very clean. The location is ideal, in the heart of Piran one minute from the central square. It's really as described, in simplicity we found our happiness!

Entire friendly hostesses. Although both Waze and Google Maps could not find the accommodation right away, the contact with the hostess went very smoothly. They quickly and clearly showed us the right way. Upon arrival we were warmly welcomed. The photos of the accommodation may be updated (in a positive sense): the half open terrace has now been converted into a veranda that can be fully opened if the weather allows it, but is also very useful in the rain. In addition, an extra outdoor terrace has been added, ideal if you still want to sit completely outside. TIP: bring a good bus of mosquito milk, because it was definitely needed during our stay.

I had the pleasure of staying at Skol's villa on my birthday, and it was a wonderful experience. Very affordable basic apartment, but on THE BEST spot ever, almost on the boulevard. Nice hikes towards Izola (10 min over boulevard), Piran (beautiful city), hikeable in 1,5 hours along the beach and through the woods or to Koper (also nice), again in around 1,5 hr one way. All very closeby by car of course. Our dog enjoyed the garden.

Sandi was a great host! The room is just like the description, and the outdoor space is beautiful, overlooking the sea. Only a 20-30 minute walk into a cute quaint town. While the outdoor space is shared, it was large enough to have a ton of privacy while getting to enjoy the beautiful views. I would definitely come back!
