The beautiful half-timbered building from 1742 is situated in a 4,400 m² park with a wooded area, barbecue facilities, and a terrace. Today, the villa offers a luxurious kitchen, spacious, light-filled living, dining, and sleeping areas, comfortable bathrooms, a playroom with a library, and a billiard room. Schöntal has no through traffic, generally only 30 km/h is allowed. Ideal entry point for hikers, trekking, climbing and mountain biking...but also just relaxing (150 meters from the swimming pond)
