The apartment was cozy, very clean and well equipped. The kitchen, in particular, offers many possibilities. The outdoor area is very well maintained and the view is breathtaking. Due to the fact that the apartment is located on a slope, the walk to the village is of course a bit exhausting, but still quite doable. Monika was quick to reach and always warm and helpful.

The house at the upper village of S. Abbondio is a very well-maintained, thoughtfully decorated private retreat that offers unique views of the lake, a pretty garden and spaces with all the necessary comforts and plenty of space. We felt very comfortable and would like to thank the host family.

We had the pleasure of spending a wonderful week at this place and felt comfortable from the first moment. Serge proved to be an outstanding host, not only extremely friendly and likeable, but also extraordinarily helpful and always committed to our well-being. Right after our arrival, Serge took the time for a detailed house tour and gave us valuable insider tips for the area. His recommendations for restaurants where to dine well, as well as for interesting activities and worth seeing excursions were helpful. The view from the property was breathtaking. A special highlight was the hot tub, which was just the place to relax after an eventful day. We are sure this was not our last visit with Serge and in his fantastic accommodation. We can fully recommend this place and Serge as a host!

Everything tiptop. Place was very nice, super equipped and very clean. The bakery is just a stone's throw away, so we always had fresh bread for breakfast. Alfred was very accommodating, helpful and flexible, we will be happy to come back.

The accommodation was very cozy and perfect for our stay. It has everything you need and communication with Samah went smoothly. She even organized some food for us and you could tell how important it is to her that you feel comfortable. We can highly recommend the accommodation and also the location is ideal to be quickly in Lugano, at the lake or on a mountain.

Great place on Lago Lugano in a quiet suburb of Lugano, far away from the bustle of the city yet close enough to reach it. Lea's place is a wonderful refuge in a quiet swiss town. Everything was as described and Lea was always super accommodating and attentive. She's a great host! Make it a point to stay with her!

They were wonderful days in Vairano! Four of us (children are 4 and 7 years old) felt very comfortable. We visited for the second time and will come back if we can...😉!!

This was our first time visiting Switzerland from the US, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Lena‘s Lakefront condo. She was wonderful at creating an at-home atmosphere and making sure we have everything we needed to cook, wash laundry, and navigate through Lugano. It was very convenient walk outside of our door each morning to grab a coffee or quick breakfast at the local hotel. In the evenings we would cook a homemade dinner and enjoy the view from the balcony. A short walk to the lake was a great time to spend a hot evening. What a magical place! Lena is a great host who thought diligently about anything you could need to make a comfortable stay. We hope to return soon!

We had a great stay in Lugano at this apartment. The apartment is located in a nice neighborhood on the hillside just outside the city center of Lugano—very easy access to the city and train via a bus stop 200m from the apartment. Very clean, great balcony w/view, kitchen was good to cook meals. Very quiet and nice for a good night sleep. Recommend for the value, view and peace/quiet.

Very charming old Ticino house beautifully located. Decorated with great attention to detail. For us, everything was very consistent and corresponded well with the information in the listing. The host (Malik) was not only quick to respond, but was very accommodating. Due to a case of illness, we had to postpone the trip at very short notice, which was easily possible. Thank you very much. My three friends and I stayed at Maja’s place for 5 days during our alumni reunion. Maja provided excellent instructions for check in and information for where amenities were located in the house. Everything in the house was exactly as listed and in the pictures, only the views of the lake and Monte San Salvatore were even better! We got around the city and surrounding area mostly on public transit and on foot and had no problems, as there are two bus lines and the funicular close by. We all agreed we would absolutely come back the next time we’re all in town again. Thank you Maja!

We stayed at the villa for a week after Easter and had great weather! The children are hopped daily in the heated pool while we were able to enjoy our cafe and especially the fantastic view. You have absolute privacy and feel very comfortable. Ms. Bannwart, who manages the house, gave us some good restaurants tips at the beginning and she was immediately available for questions. We highly recommend a stay!

The apartment is very quietly located. We felt very comfortable. The apartment was very well furnished and had everything you needed. A great covered terrace where you could also sit outside in the rain. Outside, it has a great pool. The location of the apartment is really ideal. You can quickly reach Lugano. The bus is a 2-minute walk away. If we go on vacation in Ticino again, it is clear to us that we will rent this apartment again. It's really just great.

Caslano is a beautiful place to stay longer. Staying in this apartment is very pleasant. The cleanliness of the apartment and surroundings, the quiet and good location, i.e. a few meters to the lake, to the train station, 2 supermarkets and restaurants made it perfect. Exact check-in information will be sent. I enjoyed the time and would book the apartment again. Thanks to the hostess.

Very nice, quiet place to stay. We were able to relax and unwind extremely. Despite great heat, we were able to cool off at any time in the pool and in the outdoor shower. Thank you!

The place was very cozy and practically furnished. The location was very good for us: close to the train station for excursions, within walking distance to the old town and lake with swimming facilities, with shopping nearby. The pool in the settlement was very clean and the children especially liked it. Thanks a lot, we'll be happy to come back!

We had a fantastic week. The cottage was neat and tidy. Everything we needed was present. The pool was lovely. The view was phenomenal. Furthermore, delicious food in the village every night. Wonderful walks made. Other nice outings done in the area. Yum well equipped. Recommended.
