Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Luino

Louise was so sweet and her home is a little gem with the BEST bathtub EVER in the bedroom. Such a cool place and very roomie for a couple. Beautiful decor! Love the interior design touches mixing the old stone with more modern elements. The only negative was finding parking. Luckily we found a little spot all the way down the hill in front of the school….but this is Lake Como so we’re used to hiking up the hill!:) Just an FYI for anyone with mobility issues. We loved our stay and especially loved our meals out on the deck and also enjoyed Villa Lario built into the cliff just below. Fun experience:) We’d love to return sometime!

Had a great stay at Olga's place, views and garden are spectacular and the house as listed so perfect for either a short or long stay. Olga was great at communicating. Steps down to the property are steep but doable with care. Unfortunately the weather wasn't great whilst we were there but under cover outside seating area and table helped with this. Would recommend 👍

Monica and Luciano are wonderfull hosts. First of all their house is located at a top position with a unique view on the lago and inside the house you experience the atmosphere of a nice environment in any detail and in any aspect. You breath the Italian hospitality. Monica and Luciano treated us in a fantastisc way and they provided is with so much enthousiastic information to make our stay “indimenticabile”. We will never forget the Centovalli experience. Grazie mille e a la prossima volta……

Séjour calme et reposant. La communication était facile et efficace. Accessible en train, à 10-15 minutes à pied de la gare. Merci pour tout :)

Een heerlijk huisje in een authentiek dorp. We hebben genoten van het prachtige uitzicht vanaf het terras op de lekkere bank, heerlijk geslapen op de goede bedden (ook de sofabank) en de regendouche was ook super. Het contact met Kathi en Ivan was zowel snel als heel vriendelijk, gebruik vooral hun reisgids want daar staan hele goede aanbevelingen in. Pognana is een pareltje, je kunt mooie wandelingen maken naaf boven en op het 'strand' beneden zit je in no time. Bar Sonia boven is heel goed en gezellig, je bent er zo een vaste klant. Ook Marvin, onze hond, heeft genoten, er was nog een verrassing voor hem bij aankomst, heel lief! Je zit heerlijk privé in het huisje, soms hoor je de bovenburen, maar dat was niet storend. Van Bar Sonia hoor je overigens niets. Heel erg bedankt dat we mochten blijven en hopelijk tot ziens!

Das Haus hat eine fantastische Lage zwischen den Weinbergen von Brissago. Die Architektur, das Interieur und die Räume sind sehr schön und haben uns sehr gut gefallen - wir lieben puristisches Design. Viele Details im Haus und darum machen das Haus zu etwas ganz Besonderem. Wenn man abends auf der Terrasse sitzt , grillt, die grillen Zirpen und man bei einem Glas Wein auf den See blickt - dann ist diese Stimmung etwas Uniques- welches man nicht kaufen kann. Eva - die Hausfee - ist super freundlich und hilfsbereit und hat uns viele Tipps gegeben. Mille Grazie für den schönen Aufenthalt im Casa Largo. Gerne kommen wir wieder!

This home is in an outstanding location overlooking the lake and Lugano. We were blown away by the view from every window. The location was very peaceful, and the home was extremely well-stocked. We enjoyed coffee on the balcony or the covered deck every day (depending on how hot it was!). The home is located a quick drive to downtown Lugano, and a short drive to the top of Monte Bre (highly recommend!) and to Gandria (also highly recommend). We fell in love with Lugano and the surrounding area thanks in part to this house…we will definitely be back.

Nous sommes ravis de notre séjour à Prémeno qui est un village très agréable . Le logement était conforme aux photos et nous avons pu profiter du balcon . Lieber Roger, Wir haben uns in Deiner Traumwohmung megawohl gefühlt. Die hochwertige Ausstattung ua der Weber Grill auf der Terrasse waren der absolute Gamechanger. Der Ausblick auf den Lago war noch viel schöner als auf Deinen Bildern. Wir kommen gerne wieder. Herzliche Grüße

Tous les critères ont répondu à nos attentes :) Photos et description de l’appartement correspondent complètement au lieu que nous avons découvert ! Je recommande fortement et je reviendrais probablement une autre fois :)

The apartment is situated in the most picturesque location, directly above a little harbour and right on the water. The view over the lake is a dream! All that Maccagno has to offer is within walking distance. Our reception was friendly and helpful, and the apartment is absolutely lovely! We, a family of four, enjoyed a wonderful stay in the apartment, enjoyed breakfast on the balcony every morning, and sundowns in the evening. 👌🏻 We will be back!

Die Wohnung von Valentina ist sehr sauber und schön. Der Blivk auf den Lago Maggiore ist fantastisch. Wir waren Anfang Juni dort und es war in der Nacht wirklich ruhig, man konnte mit offenen Fenstern schlafen. Alles ist fußläufig erreichbar. Ein Parkplatz wäre hilfreich, aber man liest ja in der Beschreibung, dass es keinen Parkplatz und keine Klimaanlage gibt, von daher weiß man ja vorher Bescheid. Wir würden wieder kommen, für uns war es die perfekte, kleine Wohnung ! 💖 Danke Valentina ! 🥰

We really enjoyed our stay. The apartment was perfectly located right next to the Funicular and next to the promenade that runs around the marina in Como. Despite being in a busy area it is set back a little from the road so it also feels peaceful and quiet. The little balcony is a lovely place to sit and enjoy the view. It is exactly as it appears on the photographs, only better in real life. Communication was super responsive and helpful, with restaurant suggestions and local information provided. We enjoyed a trip on the funicular one evening to watch the sunset and walked to the lighthouse at the top (steep but rewarding with a great view).

Wir durften fünf wunderschöne Tage in der traumhaften Villa direkt am Lago Maggiore erleben. Die Villa ist unterhalb der Strasse gelegen, sodass der Lärm von den Autos nur schwach zu hören ist (der Weg nach unten mit einigen Treppenstufen war für uns kein Problem). Wir haben die Wohnung Limone im 2. Stock gemietet: die Wohnung ist mit viel Geschmack sehr schön eingerichtet und wir fanden alles sauber und sehr gut vorbereitet vor. Die Aussicht auf den Lago Maggiore ist traumhaft! Die Kommunikation und Betreuung durch Sabine und Albert war sehr angenehm, unsere Anfragen wurden schnell und freundliche und kompetent beantwortet. Cannero Riviera ist ein schöner Ort, welcher zu Fuss rasch zu erreichen ist. Wir hoffen, dass wir wieder einmal dort Tage verbringen können und können diesen Ort nur wärmstens empfehlen!

Andreas ist wirklich ein Super-Host: sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend, wir durften sogar seinen Garagen-Platz benutzen. Die Kommunikation war äusserst unkompliziert und alles gut beschrieben. Die Lage des historischen Hauses ist einzigartig: einmalige Aussicht auf den Lago Maggiore und die Berge sowie der wunderbare Garten und die super ausgestattete Loggia vor der Wohnung laden zum Verweilen ein. Der Dorfladen ist zu Fuss in 5 Minuten erreichbar und ist mit dem Wichtigsten für den täglichen Bedarf ausgestattet. Die Wohnung ist sehr geschmacksvoll aber auch praktisch eingerichtet. Es ist alles vorhanden (sogar Kaffee!), das Bett ist sehr bequem, und die Aussicht vom Schlafzimmer aus ist einzigartig. Während unserem Aufenthalt war es noch etwas kalt, wir konnten die Räume aber gut heizen. Alles in allem haben wir unseren Aufenthalt im Cà la Rocca sehr genossen und können's von Herzen weiter empfehlen.

Sehr schöne, modern eingerichtete und sehr saubere Unterkunft! Die Lage ist ruhig und Cafés/Restaurants und der Lago Maggiore sind zu Fuß gut erreichbar. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen, vielen Dank!

Davide was an amazing host, super fast responsive and with a very professional attitude. He send us very clear instructions for the check-in and the check-in was very easy. His place was very clean and comfortable for our family of 4. The parking space also super convenient for our car and the bikes we carried in order to explore the surroundings. I really recommend Davide’s place and we will be glad to come back 😀 Thank so much. We really enjoyed our stay!

Alessandra a été proactive et nous a bien conseillé. Son appartement est très propre et bien rangé. Il offre tout ce qu’il faut pour un séjour, même prolongé (cuisine, terrasse, etc). L’endroit est très calme. Il préférable d’avoir son propre véhicule mais les transports publics sont aussi possible pour aller directement à Lugano ou Bellinzona. Nous recommandons vivement cet endroit pour un séjour au Tessin. Merci Alessandra!

Andrea ist eine ganz besondere, liebevolle und aufmerksame Person, mit dem Herzen am richtigen Ort. Die Wohnung ist grosszügig und mit viel Liebe ausgestatted und dekoriert. Die Spaghettis in der Wohnung haben mich nach einer langen Wanderung gerettet😃, danke dir nochmals, liebe Andrea. Wenn in Gambarogno, dann zu Andrea, soviel steht fest. Danke für die zauberhafte Begegnung und die schönen Tage bei dir, liebe Andrea.

Es war ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt. Die Lage, der Blick auf den See und der schöne Pool haben uns sehr gut gefallen. Einzig die Parkplätze sind etwas zu klein. Vielen Dank an Alberto, der ein ausgezeichneter Gastgaber ist.

Das Studio in dem ich war hatte alles was man braucht, es war sehr sauber und ordentlich, das Bad war ebenfals sehr Sauber . Ein schön eingerichtetes Studio. Katrin ist sehr Lieb und hat tolle Tipps zum Wandern in der Umgebung. hatte Trotz Regenwetter einen Tollen Aufenthalt. sehr zu Empfehlen.

Die Kommunikation auch schon im Vorfeld war sehr freundlich und die Anreise war somit einfach und entspannt. Wir wurden, als wir ankamen, ganz herzlich in Empfang genommen. Die Wohnung ist toll und wir fühlten uns sofort sehr wohl. Es ist alles durchdacht und fehlt an Nichts. Das habe ich bisher selten erlebt. Wir kommen sehr gern wieder und ich kann diesen Ort zu 100% weiterempfehlen.

Nous avons passé 4 nuits dans un endroit absolument idéal pour se reposer. Le cadre est très calme, avec une magnifique vue sur le lac parfait pour déconnecter. Nous avions un logement avec une cuisine extérieure, ce qui était vraiment super agréable pour profiter pleinement de l’environnement. La chambre était très bien, confortable et propre. Le lieu est aussi parfaitement adapté pour un séjour avec un petit enfant : il y a un bac à sable, une balançoire, quelques jouets sur place, une chaise haute, un lit bébé… même des jeux de société pour les soirées en famille. Les propriétaires sont adorables, avec plein de petites attentions qui font la différence : à notre arrivée, des fruits frais, des yaourts, des bières… Et pour ceux qui aiment leur tranquillité, pas d’inquiétude, on ne les a presque pas vus Le seul petit point d’amélioration selon moi serait l’ajout d’une petite piscine ce serait vraiment la cerise sur le gâteau. Mais sinon, tout était top, un vrai petit coin de paradis

The place was beautiful, unique, on Lake Como with direct access to the lake. I think it’s the perfect place to relax, sunbath and enjoy the lake. Beautiful table to eat outside. It was also super clean ! We knew there would be stairs, it might have been a little bit more than we expected (80)! But the owner was really nice and offered to help us as I do not travel light ! Highly recommend renting a small car/Vespa as public transport are not reliable and the only Ubers available are the black uber which are more expensive. We had a série 4 bmw to give you an idea, I would say that if your car is much wider than that it will be a little tight to go down the driveway, but doable. The parking itself is huge. There is a portable A/C, we went in June and didn’t need it as the breeze from the lake was enough to keep us cool at night. Owner was also nice enough to let us do part of our wedding photoshoot at her beautiful Villa ! Unique experience, we really loved it !
