Marugg's place exceeded all of our expectations!!!! Lugano was our final stop on our 2 week family trip through Italy. We experienced many beautiful places throughout the 2 weeks but Marugg's place exceeded them all!!! The attention to detail was phenomenal. The location was 'perfetto,' the views spectacular and the home pristine. Our grandchildren made excellent use of the pool and the outdoor space was incredible! We enjoyed our morning coffee on the expansive patio area soaking in the tranquil views of the lake and all of the beautiful flowers. The smell of honeysuckle abounded outdoors ~ Marugg's home truly encompassed all of the senses. We cannot recommend it enough and we can't wait to return on our next visit to see our Swiss family! Marugg, thank you so much for your kind hospitality! We feel honored to have been welcomed into your exceptional home. We made so many beautiful memories with our family. Incredible location with an amazing view.

Everything was very clean, very well equipped kitchen. Modern bathroom. The street is quite busy, but traffic decreases at night. The windows have triple glazing, which also helps. At night, you can open the windows to the courtyard. For the windows in the bedroom, I would have liked opaque curtains to prevent the morning light from brightening the bedroom (despite the closed shutters). The air conditioning in the living room and bedroom was great. It had everything we needed. The hosts are very nice, respond quickly and are helpful.

Casa Amina is easy to find. There are plenty of parking spaces and they are only 5 minutes away. Sylvia is a very friendly and helpful host. We were greeted very warmly and with kisses. The vacation home is as shown in the photos, and as described in the listing. The balcony offers a fantastic view of the lake. The apartment has everything you need. Our 3 dachshund girls received a small gift from Sylvia, which made us both very happy and surprised, we have never had this before, that we were so warmly welcomed with dogs. It's more of a deterrent if you say you have 3 dogs. A cold bottle of wine was waiting in the refrigerator to welcome us. Sylvia gives valuable tips for hiking or eating in the region. She is very concerned about the well-being of her guests.

very close to the lake. parking Spot right next to the appartement. the appartement was very clean and you have everything you need. lunio is just a 15 minute walk away. supermarket 3 min away. A good Restaurant is just across the street. We would really like to stay again. thank you Michela. We had a great stay.

This is by far the most beautiful property my partner and I have stayed in. Jennifer & Nico were incredibly responsive, friendly and helpful with every aspect of the stay. The place itself has stunning views and the interior is flawlessly curated. The pictures don’t quite do justice to how magnificent it is. We had a perfect time & would highly recommend to anyone.

Excellent stay in a fab apartment. Great location and property as described. Stefania was a fantastic host and was always available for any issues. A perfect stay for out time in Lake Maggiore. I would thoroughly recommend it.

There was a strike on the day we were traveling to Milan, and we were worried we wouldn’t be able to make the trip. Cinzia was incredibly helpful—she quickly responded and shared several alternative transportation options with us. She was very flexible and accommodating throughout the whole process. The apartment itself was cute, cozy, and conveniently located close to the station. We really appreciated everything!

Davide was an amazing host, super fast responsive and with a very professional attitude. He send us very clear instructions for the check-in and the check-in was very easy. His place was very clean and comfortable for our family of 4. The parking space also super convenient for our car and the bikes we carried in order to explore the surroundings. I really recommend Davide’s place and we will be glad to come back 😀 Thank so much. We really enjoyed our stay!

Beautiful home, very easy steps to get into the property. Quick responses, helpful owners who are very accommodating. Amazing location int he heart of Como. Not far from the train station. The cleaner is also very lovely and was so kind to our dog, she couldn’t whip out the bed and water soon enough. Would definitely return and 100% recommend 10/10 ♥️

Beautiful apartment, great area for bars/ restaurants and easy access to Metro. From start to finish Francesca was super helpful, super response with great recommendations. Would not hesitate to stay here again and would definitely recommend!

Super charming home with absolutely stunning views of Lake Como better seen in person. The amenities were wonderful and the hosts were so very friendly, attentive and helpful. Highly recommend staying here! Also, be sure to book any transportation ahead of time.

Lovely to be greeted with a big smile and helpful tips on what to do. The place was perfect size with beautiful view and access to swim in the lake. Perfect for a family with lakeside walk path to beautiful village square. Would rent again.

An oasis of relaxation – absolutely recommended! Our stay in this fantastic apartment was simply perfect. The atmosphere is wonderful - quiet, stylish and furnished with great attention to detail. The furnishings leave nothing to be desired: modern, high-quality and absolutely clean. We would like to highlight the friendly and attentive staff as well as the first-class service - you feel welcome from the first minute. An ideal destination for couples who want to enjoy peace, comfort and a special time together. It was our first stay, but certainly not our last. Thank you for this wonderful break!

Friendly and helpful Paola was the perfect hostess. My sister and I were looking for peace and relaxation, and we really got it while sitting on the apartment balcony, surrounded by greenery and beauty, enjoying the magical evening sun. There is a lot to see and experience in the area. We returned home relaxed, with wonderful memories.

The accommodation is located above the village and therefore has a great view of Lake Como. The apartment was very clean and the kitchen was well equipped. Unfortunately, there is no air conditioning but a fan is available and although we had 30 degrees during the day, you could ventilate well in the evening and also sleep well. The pool is large and surrounded by a lot of meadow. We arrived with a child and were able to relax well.

Marissa & Antonello were wonderful hosts for us staying in Milan for 5 days. Proactive communication from booking and gave us detailed instructions to get to their apartment from the train station. They then showed us around the apartment and complex so we could get around easily. They were always on hand to give us further information about the city & the apartment and left us enough amenities to last us for the duration of our stay. The apartment itself was very clean and modern with a peaceful environment from other residents. Would 100% stay here again if I come back to Milan.

The communication was perfect, Davide always responded super quickly and gave very detailed, helpful instructions. The flat was lovely, just perfect for two people. The flat is not located in a busy, buzzing place, like other some of the towns in Lake Como but we preferred that. We could walk to the ferry in Urio or Moltrasio and get around easily. Some gorgeous restaurants close by. Thank you Davide and Benedicta, we'd lvoe to come back one day :).

Had a great time at this apartment! The place is perfectly in line with the description: clean, well decorated and very well equipped. The bed is comfortable, the kitchen has everything you need to cook, and the bathroom is impeccable.

beautiful location. i prefer varnessa to belagio. flat is just the right size for a couple. if there's anything I want to mention is that it's in a much higher location than I expected. one would definitely need a car for more frequent visit to the town below. the host is so friendly and always available and responsive.
