House is located in historical center of Makarska, 20 meters from the sea & main seaside promenade - 5 minutes walk from main public beach. Makarska, is located on the slopes of Biokovo mountain, which means that only if you are located near the sea like we are, there is no uphill walk to your apartment ;)

Luxury apartment "Black Pearl" with jacuzzi

The apartment were completed 2022. Apartment is 100m² which includes a luxury bedroom with a 200x200cm boxspring bed and en suite bathroom, fully equipped kitchen, large lounge and extra toilete. The large covered balcony offers superb views of the harbour and old city also a beautiful jacuzzi 220x220cm, sun lounges and a shower. Covered parking is in front of the building. The apartment is located in the centre of Makarska old town, only 20m from the main square. It is part of an old house on the second floor (second and third). On the first level there is a kitchen and living space with a bathroom, while on the second levle there are two double bedrooms and a bathroom. With two double bedrooms on the floor, it is possible to open a sofa and turn it into a third double bed in the living room. A nearby private garage place is available for one car.

Deluxe, novi apartman za dvoje se nalazi u prizemlju, okružen terasom i balkonom na kojoj je sjedaća vrtna garnitura od ratana. Renoviran 2022.godine. Sastoji se od spavaće sobe, kupaonica, dnevni boravak , kuhinja potpuno opremljena +perilica za suđe i veš ,wi fi, 2 klime, LCD TV, parking u garaži. Svaka prostorija ima ulaz/izlaz na balkon ili terasu što zapravo pruža intimu gostu. Market je preko puta, a centar i plaže 3-10 minuta pješke.

Apartments Srzic, Studio App,near the centre

Studio apartment located on the 2nd floor of the family home suitable for 2 people, equipped with AC,kitchenette,and WiFi. Parking place is povided. There is no washing machine in the apartment, but you are free to wash your clothes in the laundry room in the house. Please note we are in the city centre so it can be little noisy.

Four star app in the House, old more than 200 years. All the wood and stone are from that age. Restaurated in 2018/2019 with all modern equipment. Beautiful studio app in the center with all the best restaurants around and very close to the beaches or to lungo mare

I really enjoyed the stay. Lovely Dalmatia stone house. heater worked well during night. u can wash and dry ur clothes, which is convenient. walking distance to the sea side and two nearby islands. restaurants and cafe surround. butcher and supermarket are also close. great for stay. Christmas advent on going is, again, close, 3 min walk. only thing u need to consider is that this apartment only has two small window. limited natural light inside. it's fine for me but if u have some kinds of related requirements then it can be a tiny problem

The location is perfect. Was a little nervous about the location and it being noisy at night—-it’s located amidst a bunch of really cool pubs and bars—but the apartment has been completely sound proofed. It was a lovely little oasis. Selma was very helpful throughout our stay.

We loved our stay at Antonio’s place. Antonio is a very gracious and responsive host, and his place is clean, beautiful, unique, and in an amazing location. We could easily walk to cafes, restaurants, the beach, supermarkets, and we loved the Spina Bar which is just downstairs.
