Modern accommodation with 6 beds divided into 3 rooms. about 50 meters to the lake with the possibility for swimming & fishing. Wood-fired sauna in a separate building on the property. In summer, there is the possibility of a sauna raft, rowing boat, swimming beach, bicycles about 20 minutes to Boden, 30 minutes to Luleå, 50 minutes to Piteå We also have a simpler forest cabin next to a pond where you can hike or hike up our mountain with beautiful views.

Free panoramic views to the north over the sea provide very good opportunities to see the Northern Lights directly from the wooden deck at the entrance. The outdoor lighting can be turned off for a better experience of the starry sky. Wood-fired stove indoors for comfort. Try a traditional wood-fired sauna. The sea surface freezes in winter, which allows for walks or ski trips on the ice directly from the farm. Rich wildlife with wild mammals and birds of prey.

Large country kitchen with a sofa bed for 2 people. Living room with sofa bed and day bed. 2 rooms on the upper floor. Two double bedrooms and combined study and bedroom with nice view .Fully equipped kitchen . Newly renovated bathroom with shower and washing machine. Bed linen and towels are available. Come and try staying at a real farm! Directly adjacent to the house there are cattle. The ultimate accommodation for those who want to live in the countryside and with animals just around the corner! The house was renovated internally in spring 2023. In the house there are two bedrooms and one large kitchen, sleeping for 6 people one bedroom with one double bed and one bedroom with a bunk bed and one pull-out daybed. Nearby is beautifully located swimming lake with playground as well as a cozy farm shop.

The main cottage is suitable for 2 adults and two smaller children who can share a sofa bed . In the yard there are 2 smaller guesthouses with 2 beds in each. Plenty of parkingspace (14 min by car to Luleå center, 13 min to Kallax Airport). There is a trampoline for the "children" , travelbed and childchair for the smallest Wonderful view. Smaller boat is included in the price. There is a possibility to rent 1 snowmo. All cottages are heated in wintertime. Municipal water Wifi 4G

Lulea Guesthouse

WC, shower (sauna not for use) fridge/freezer, AC, near the nature. You sleep in a sofa bed for 2 persons in the livingroom. Not a real kitchen but you can make some food in a microwave oven (I can get you a 2 plate stove to use outside on the porch), coffee brewer, waterboiler. Good restaurant/pub 100 m, Lule river with beaches 200 m, Shopping area 2,7 km, Bus stop 1.9 km, Airport 8 km, Luleå city 7 km. Pickup from/to airport 200SEK/20€ each way if I am available (ask before)

There is an ice road suitable for walking, cross-country skating and kick-skating. Forest paths for walking and picking berries, bathing jetty and sandy beach for swimming. Free access to bicycles, small boat and fishing equipment. Minimum 4 nights for booking unless otherwise agreed.

Welcome to our seaside villa. The house has 4 bedrooms. Bedroom 5 (extra fee) is not guaranteed, as it is a separate apartment in another building. Contact us if you are more than 8 guests. Enjoy stunning nature, the sea, northern lights walks on the frozen bay, and a warm sauna. 16 min by car to the city center. Public transport is limited, so a car is recommended. Please leave the house in the same condition as when you arrived ❤️
