There is a JBL sound system for listening to good music, so you can comfortably watch movies and listen to music. Self check-in, 2 free parking spaces, and 24-hour security. Near my Airbnb listing, there are: Beijing Hotel in 3 minutes 5 minutes to Ya Xing Restaurant 8 minutes to SITIAWAN for delicious cendol 15 minutes to Aeon Mall, McDonald's, and Lotus. 20 minutes to Datuk Gong Temple 25 minutes to Mirana Pier and Lumut Pier (you need to buy a boat ticket to go to Pangkok by boat)
