Villa Victoria Barcelona is a unique villa of more than 550 m² located in Barcelona city, on a plot of more than 600 m², with large terraces, swimming pool, heated spa and private garden. This villa, listed with the highest tourist distinction of five keys, offers an incomparable experience of comfort and exclusivity within Barcelona.

Considered a neoclassical and artistic heritage of the early 20th century, the villa was completely restored in 2013, combining classic elegance with contemporary design. Every detail has been carefully selected for an exceptional stay: air conditioning in all its spaces, spacious and bright double rooms, Wi-Fi, TVs in each room, safes, full bathrooms, and a balanced combination of antiques and modern furnishings.

Crossing the front door, you access an imposing entrance hall with marble stairs, bronze lamps, and 18th century Chinese vases. On this floor is the games and meetings room, a space of almost 170 m² designed in loft style. It offers entertainment with table tennis, foosball, pool, play area, bar, sofas, television and reading area. In addition, on this floor there are two double bedrooms and two bathrooms, one of which is an en-suite bathroom.

On the first floor there are four double bedrooms, each with its own personality, and three full bathrooms, two en suite. Also on this floor is the spacious living room with TV, comfortable sofas and an ideal environment to rest and plan the daily itinerary. Next to the living room is the dining room, with capacity for 16 people, and a modern Italian designer kitchen equipped with high-end Siemens appliances (two refrigerators, oven, microwave, coffee maker and dishwasher), which forms a functional and comfortable space. From the kitchen you can directly access the garden, the pool and the heated spa.

The outdoor area includes a private pool surrounded by tropical wood, sun loungers and an outdoor dining room with table and chairs. The air-conditioned spa, sleeps six, is the perfect place to unwind after a day of sightseeing around the city.

On the second floor there is a small studio and a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom that give access to a 160 m² chill-out terrace, with wooden flooring, lattices, seating and sun loungers. Across the terrace is the tower room, also with en-suite bathroom and direct access to the terrace.

Villa Victoria Barcelona is located in a quiet residential area, but very well connected to the rest of the city. Just 10 minutes away are the Sagrada Familia and the modernist complex of the Hospital de Sant Pau. Nearby there are shops, supermarkets, bakeries and restaurants, all within a short distance for convenience. The villa has great connections: there is a bus stop right in front of the property, the metro is a few minutes away on foot and it is very easy to take a taxi at any time, making it easy to get around the city in comfort.

During the stay, daily housekeeping is offered on weekdays and a personalized service available to handle any request, from transfers and private chefs to tours and experiences in Barcelona.
