Located in the Cap Martinet area, this modern property offers direct sea access and uninterrupted views of the Mediterranean. It is set within a quiet residential zone, a short drive from Ibiza Town and close to the beach at Talamanca. Despite its proximity to Marina Botafoch and other amenities, the surroundings are peaceful, with pine trees and palm plants providing natural privacy.

The property includes multiple terraces designed for outdoor dining and relaxation. A heated infinity pool and hot tub overlook the sea, with sun loungers and seating areas arranged across the terraces. An outdoor pergola provides shade for al-fresco meals, and the layout supports both quiet use and group gatherings.
