Can Taio is a modern villa located in a residential area of Jesús, approximately five minutes by car from Ibiza Town. The property is set on a private plot with landscaped gardens, a swimming pool, and various outdoor living areas. These include a covered summer kitchen with barbecue, grill, bar, and seating areas, as well as a roof terrace with hillside views.

The interior spaces feature a neutral design scheme with natural wood finishes and large glass doors providing garden views. Communal areas include a lounge with U-shaped sofa, a formal dining area for ten, and a fully equipped kitchen with access to the outdoor terrace. A gym is located in the basement.

The villa offers flexible accommodation across six bedrooms:

- Bedroom 1 – Ground Floor: King-size or twin beds, TV, en-suite bathroom with shower, air conditioning.

- Bedroom 2 – First Floor: King-size or twin beds, TV, en-suite bathroom, air conditioning, access to private terrace.

- Bedroom 3 – First Floor: Super king-size bed, TV, en-suite bathroom with bath, air conditioning, access to private terrace.

- Bedroom 4 – First Floor: Double bed, TV, en-suite bathroom, air conditioning.

- Service Room 1 – Ground Floor: Twin beds, shares a bathroom with Bedroom 1, air conditioning.

- Service Room 2 – Located in the garden: Double bed, en-suite bathroom, air conditioning.

The property is situated within convenient reach of Talamanca beach, Marina Botafoch, and Ibiza’s historic old town.

Guest access
Guests have full private access to the entire villa, including all indoor and outdoor spaces, the infinity pool, gardens, private terraces, and parking.

2 hours cleaning per day and check-out clean included.

Please note that check-in is from 4 PM and check-out is by 10 AM, unless agreed otherwise in advance. The exact villa address will be shared 24 hours before arrival for security reasons.
