At the heart of the villa is a 16 x 10m sapphire pool, set against tropical greenery and a broad sun terrace. Daybeds, loungers, and an outdoor kitchen with barbecue and al fresco dining for twelve offer a true indoor-outdoor lifestyle. A stunning 90m² chill-out and yoga area, complete with Moroccan daybeds and a Buddha water feature, provides space for quiet reflection or group sessions.

Inside, the villa blends rustic textures with modern functionality. White walls and timber ceilings reflect the Ibizan sun, while natural finishes like driftwood stools and a farmhouse-style dining table add a relaxed, coastal vibe. Two lounge areas, a fully equipped professional-grade kitchen, and indoor dining spaces are ideal for entertaining, group stays, or wellness retreats. Appliances include large catering fridges, dual ovens, expansive prep space, and bi-fold doors opening directly onto the pool terrace.

With six stylish, air-conditioned bedrooms, all with en-suite bathrooms and flexible twin or double setups, the villa comfortably sleeps up to twelve guests. Interiors are thoughtfully configured for families, groups, events, or retreats. A separate utility room with washer and dryer adds convenience for longer stays.

Additional features include step-free access throughout most of the property, making it suitable for guests with reduced mobility. The villa is fully enclosed by a high perimeter wall and secured by two electronic gated entrances, safes in each room, a police-connected alarm system, and carbon monoxide/fire detection throughout. On-site parking is available for 10+ vehicles.
