Située à environ 30 min de Vichy, Thiers et Clermont Ferrand et 12 mins de l'autoroute. Supermarché et restauration à environ 10-15 mins. Vival, boulangerie... à moins de 10 mins

Sublime duplex 75m² Villa Saint Laurent

Sublime hôtel particulier de 1903, crée par un grand architecte et entièrement réhabilité en 2020 par monsieur Hervé Delouis, brillant architecte clermontois. Need to go green? Come and recharge your batteries away from noise, lights and pollution in this 1812 retreat where greenery, old stones, old wood await you, but with all modern comforts. Wifi permanently cut off (except in emergencies) for less frequent disturbances, no TV but video projectors for movie buffs. Large kitchen, living room and shared bathroom. Rentable by the room (3 bedrooms and 3 different prices) or as a self-catering cottage (I live in another building).

Access to the mezzanine via a ladder-style staircase (see photos). Peaceful, natural setting for true relaxation. Parties are not allowed to preserve the calm atmosphere and the horses’ well-being.
