The place is cozy and clean, though there were tiny insects, which I think should be under the building management’s maintenance because the unit itself is clean. Thanks for the host for making the place a child friendly.

We had a really reallyyyy great and comfortable stay at the T-House! Ms. Donna’s super nice and responsive, which we highly appreciate. The location is also perfect - less than a 3-min walk to a quiet and super private beach! Yung restos and the party scene naman, they’re a few mins drive lang so super ganda talaga ng loc! This visit was the third time at South of Market residences. Baguio Casa stands out as the best of them in terms of comfort and layout. The bed and sofa were most comfortable; appliances worked flawlessly. Plenty of spare towels provided, and ample soap/shampoo/conditioner if needed. Plenty of cleaning supplies. Great value for the money!

Absolutely loved my stay here! The house is clean, cozy, and super aesthetic, exactly what I was looking for. The big balcony and relaxing view were total highlights, perfect for unwinding. Everything was spotless and well-maintained. Ms. Nancy was very responsive, and Ms. Levy was incredibly accommodating. Would 100% stay again!

We had a wonderful stay at Joan’s place! She was very welcoming and even greeted us personally when we arrived, which made us feel right at home. The house is cozy, warm, and has that homey vibe we truly appreciated. My kids especially loved the honest store—such a thoughtful and charming addition! Had a great stay! The place is super affordable, but the ocean view especially during sunset is absolutely stunning. The staff were super friendly and always ready to help. Not fancy, but perfect if you’re after a chill, budget-friendly beach escape.

Stayed at Glorious residence for more than a month and had a fantastic experience. The house was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed (e.g. cook, laundry, karaoke, transportation to/fro airport/places and etc) for a long-term stay. The location was convenient, with shops and public transport nearby. The host, Ms. Elvie and Sir Glorious were responsive, accommodating, supportive, and easy to communicate with. I’d definitely recommend this place for anyone looking for a cozy, well-located home away from home! Thank you, Ms Elvie and Sir Glorious for everything.

The place was even better in person than in the photos—it truly exceeded our expectations! We’ll definitely be coming back. One of the things we loved most is that it’s pet-friendly, which was a must for us. Highly recommended!

We stayed with my friends last May 18-19 and we had a great vacation, the place is peaceful where you can really relax, the house is unique and clean, the kitchen amenities is awesome and complete, the pool is great, the bed is big. My parents, brother & my parent’s friends truly had the best time. The place is huge and it’s big enough for them w/c is 11pax, all adults and the place senior & pwd friendly. They were able to maximize the kitchen since alot of them are cooks, they dined at the patio and sala were the perfect chill out spot which the seniors truly enjoyed. The place is pristine when they arrived. Miss Michelle is really accommodating and she answers to our every queries. The place is peaceful and away from the hustle & bustle so they appreciate the place very much. They were able to bond and rest comfortably since they all came from far places. We will surely refer it to our friends and family.

We had a great time staying here! The place was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. One of the highlights was the amazing collection of board games—perfect for relaxing nights in and lots of laughs with friends or family. Had a great 3 months here. Bi weekly cleaning. Host was extremely nice and helpful made sure I had everything I needed. Definitely best Airbnb I have stayed in for the Philippines. Of course I still think it’s overpriced for the size and location of the unit. I’d still give it a 10/10 though. Thanks for the stay .

Overall, the room was comfortable and received positive feedback. While there was no dishwashing liquid provided, this is just a minor note for improvement and not a complaint. The location is great — very near to places to eat and hang out. I will definitely stay at this place again.

The host was very responsive day and night. The listing was accurate. The unit is a Cozy place within easy walking distance of the mall. Also, the condominium staff was nice and helpful throughout our stay.

Our stay for two nights felt like home. Upon entering the room it was so clean even the bathroom, the air condition was on, the place smells good, there are complementary water and goodies and there are extra linens and towels too. The owner&staff are very accommodating. What you see is what you get. 👍👍👍 very nice, cozy and clean place. 👍👍 👍 we did CLAYGO (kakahiya mang iwan ng dumi sa linis ng place hehe😅)

The apartment was great and clean. We liked😊 it very much.🙏 The communication was very good. She was very eager to answer every question. The location is very good because everything is nearby. Shopping and some food no problem. Definitely a clear recommendation from me😁✌️

I will definitely book this place again when the need arises - very clean space; has complete amenities; host is very accommodating and respectful; location is conveniently closed to mall and public transport; price is the most affordable i've seen compared to other units in the same condo/area.

Great place to stay even for the whole family! Walking distance sa Robinsons Junction and very accessible sa mga supermarkets. The Host is very responsive.
