The kitchen equipments are MW, induction cooker, electric kettle, washing machine, electric water heater, fridge, tea, coffee, sugar, salt and pepper, filter for drinking water. The guests can use free Wi-Fi, LED-TV, hairdryer, iron, ironing-board, room fan with a timer clock and three positions in power. The guests receive disposable sets: toothpaste and toothbrush, shower gels and shampoos, soap.

My apartment is located at the ground floor of a centennial building. Paliya is a quiet street 10 minutes walking time from historical center of the city. It has a separate entrance, spacious terrace with garden view, studio living and bedroom, kitchen, bathroom and entrance hall.
