Beachfront holiday rentals in Lyford Cay, Nassau

this was a great accommodation for my monthly stay in Nassau. the location was convenient, the rooms were neat and clean (very large bathroom)! and the complementary car was needed and appreciated. there are surrounding rooms on the property that are cleaned on a rotating basis, so there is movement and energy on the property during the day sometimes. otherwise, peaceful and perfect to spend time outside around the garden. the kitchen was a tad small in this unit since I was cooking often, however all appliances (cooking plate and fridge) were very appreciated. lastly, the cost of the car is an investment (as mandatory insurance is needed). budget accordingly. Megan and the property manager are welcoming, caring, and responsive and I thank you for a great stay.

Tamara was a most responsive host - always friendly and quick in her replies. You’ll have everything you need there. Her place is clean and as described. The gym is great! Cable Beach is chill - you will not be able to go for a long walks on the beach in front of the complex - it’s is short and with jetties on both sides; there’s no chairs or set-up on the beach itself. The pool was great - always could find a chair & shade/sun. The kitchen was well stocked and made food prep easy. You might consider renting a car depending on how long you were there. Every taxi ride was a minimum of $40 regardless of where you went. Buses got crowded during the week. We got into the habit of walking to BahaMar if we wanted to eat out. It was very handy to have basics at Smittys right next door - along with frozen yogurt and a liquor store. Tamara was also kind enough to set us up with the wonderful Monique who had easy taxi rides for us during the week. All in all, a great stay!

We had a great stay! The location was perfect, the space was clean and comfortable, and Megan’s communication was excellent. Having a rental car made getting around easy, and the airport pickup/drop-off was super convenient. Carmen was very helpful with instructions and local tips. We’d definitely stay here again!

Initially a bit hesitant since the house had no reviews—but it turned out to be a fantastic find! It’s much more spacious than expected and comfortably accommodates 13 people (though some will need to share a bathroom). The open-plan living room and kitchen area was perfect for our group, with plenty of seating, and the outdoor space was ideal in the evenings, offering a lovely view of the garden, pool, and ocean. Surprisingly, the TV had what seemed like over 3,000 channels—we could even watch European soccer, which was a fun bonus (I need that setup at home!). The location is the real highlight: just a short walk to grocery stores and restaurants. Everything is just minutes away, and we barely needed the car—even though we had one. The pool area was quiet and practically felt private, and the nearby beach, while small, was perfect for our short stay. Overall, the house looks exactly like the photos. We’ll definitely be back—this is a rare gem and a solid 5.

We had the best family vacation!!! Alice and Florian, the hosts, were very helpful and friendly. Alice was there to greet us when we arrived and suggested local things for us to do since this was our first time visiting. This is the perfect place for anyone visiting Nassau. You simply cannot beat the views from this house and you even have your own plunge pool and private beach. My family loved this venue and plan to stay here when we return! 10/10 stars!!

From the moment of booking, Aurore & Fany were very responsive and proactive about communicating. When I arrived, Fany met me right outside and was very welcoming and helpful. The space was beautiful, peaceful, quiet and the neighborhood was so nice. Excellent restaurants within 2 min walking. I also rented a car directly through Aurore which was so convenient. They drop directly to you. Fany was very responsive if I needed anything. There were a couple times when I needed to reach out regarding the space and I was replied to right away and assisted. I would absolutely stay at this location again. Great hosts.

This place was in a great location. We went to several different beaches around the island and did excursions and everything was pretty close by. Definitely take the rental car offer so you aren’t relying on taxis the whole time we enjoyed being able to come and go as we wanted. Parking on the island is easy to find but may want to bring cash for the few places that charge for parking (we only paid for parking in paradise island) Megan and carmine were super friendly and helpful and gave us great recommendations. Definitely try the Swiss pastry shop that’s close by! (They’re cash only) also Plan to bring cash so you don’t have to use the atms here there aren’t very many accessible that are close or convenient. You get better deals when buying things with cash. We will definitely be back here in the near future this place was great.

This town house was everything and more!!! The house was spacious and clean. Location was a big plus with Atlantis near by restaurants and fast food places to choose from. The pool is just 5 steps away as soon as you open the sliding doors and equipped with a BBQ grill and pool towels. My only probably is the wifi connection was very bad on the 2nd and 3rd floor of the house and not all the rooms were equipped with T.V.'s Kristina and Lesha was very fast in responding whenever you needed assistance. Thank you both for being so kind and attentive. I will definitely be back in the near future 🙏 Thank you!

One Cable beach was beautiful. We enjoyed our stay. The unit was spotless . There was plenty of towels and the kitchen had plenty of condiments and cooking utensils. The pool is absolutely amazing with a beautiful beach view. It was within safe, walking distance to BaHaMar. 5 star host that was extremely responsive. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Thank you again for having us at the Pineapple Cottage. The accommodations were tucked and nestled in a quiet and peaceful area. Very comfortable, clean and well kept. We are always looking for quiet, nice places to stay and Ryan’s apartment is number one on our list. It is a luxury apartment with all the top amenities from tissue to towels. We manage homes so traveling gives us opportunities for tips on improving our places. Loved the welcome sign. I’ve looked at this apartment building before. Could imagine how the PH looks. Thanks again Ryan. We loved our stay and enjoyed the gym and pool area. Assigned parking was a great plus, no need to worry about finding parking. Beautiful harbour view also. This place was perfect for our stay. Everything was walkable and had enough privacy where we felt comfortable and at home. Natalia is very responsive and no regrets with booking this condo!

This is a great Airbnb with a perfect location. We walked to the public section of Cabbage Beach almost every day ($20 to rent 2 chairs and an umbrella). We also walked to Anthony’s Restaurant for Happy Hour 3-6pm (B1G1 drinks and $14 appetizers). Also within walking distance is the ferry to Nassau ($7 each way) and the huge Atlantis resort. There is a small, very expensive and sparse, grocery store nearby, along with a liquor store. Everything was close, which was great. The home was a tad challenging to locate at first, but that’s because it was night when we arrived and our taxi driver ($45 from airport) didn’t follow the directions Jasmine sent to us. Getting in was easy and we were pleased to find such a lovely, comfortable place to call home for a week. The place was stocked with most everything we needed. Jasmine was very responsive when I requested a new hair dryer, and had it to us within hours. If we ever travel back, we would definitely stay again.

Beautiful, pristine apartment. Exactly like the photos. Quiet, safe and gated community. Will definitely stay there again.

Stephen was very responsible, any kind of issues he it covered in un expected scenarios, I had seem people just saying as that's the way it is. he helped us with alternative arrangements instantly and backed up with refund just when the ac had issues. I call it top notch customer care and very kind and responsible. I will sure update more on his support post checkout.

I loved my stay at Sonia’s. Her & Kevin were so helpful and responsive in making our stay great and smooth. I LOVED how secluded and private the area was, while still safe and gated. The beach was isolated aside from a few locals and one or two other vacationers. Best part was the coral reefs, which were right outside your doorstep. I felt like I had them to myself and stayed out for hours every day. I saw so many fish so bring a guidebook! For comfort I would bring your own mask and snorkel though. Also, The views were great. Waking up everyday to the ocean outside your bay window, having breakfast and sunset wine on the screened porch that faced the ocean, even showering you can look out into the crystal clear waters. This was a perfect retreat that was away from the crazy cruise and resort crowd. If you don’t mind catering a bit for yourself or walking 25 mins (with caution) to the great restaurants down the road, this place is the perfect, paradise. We definitely will return!

PERFECT location, can’t get better than this, beach is literally steps away! Can walk to Atlantis and grocery store and restaurants. There are also scooters around that you can use and pay with your phone. Everyone at the condos is super friendly, the restaurant was open and it was really good! Such a solid vacation.

A wonderful place to stay with a small private beach area in the Montague area. The house is not perfect but it is well taken care of. I say not perfect because it does have some small imperfections, but nothing that takes away from the experience. The host/hostess were very responsive when contacted and they assisted with any questions and recommendations of local eateries. We felt right at home and met some of the neighbors in the neighborhood who were just a delight to talk with. Our kids loved the private beach area where they could swim, kayak, and paddle board. Just keep in mind there are upside down jellyfish in the area. As mentioned in several other comments, there are dogs at the next door neighbors and they did bark occasionally. Keep in mind they are dogs and it’s natural for them to bark. The barking was not enough to bother us. Overall, we would recommend this place to anyone looking to enjoy the island life.

This was our first trip to Nassau and I was so happy with the condo! It has a perfect little private porch area, was quiet and safe and just steps to a beautiful beach that was never crowded. There are vendors with jet skies, tubes and parasailing right out on the beach but also plenty of space for safe swimming. Only 10 minute walk to many restaurants, highly recommend Anthonys, and basic supply stores. There is actually a full grocery market that had just opened and was working to get stocked called Soloman's Fresh Market. We would definitely stay here again!

I really enjoyed my stay here. Our host Chauncy was really nice and responsive. The place was clean and comfortable and you feel right at home. Nice living room area. Amazing water filtration system. There are a few places to eat that are within walking distance if you don’t have a car. Viola’s and Cabbage Beach are about a 10 minute walk. There are also food trucks that are about a 12 minute walk. Atlantis is about a 20-22 minute walk. There’s a lot of cool stuff to check out there. All of these places can be reached by car in 10 minutes or less. I’d stay here again for sure.

This is the most comfortable Airbnb I’ve ever stayed in. It’s hard to get a good bed when traveling it’s something I struggle with but at Megan’s place OMG the bed is perfection!!! The whole place is truly super comfortable n made my travel so much better bc I was sleeping so well. The couches are futons n equally comfortable as the beds. When I’m back in town I’ll be here again no question. Perfect location yet quiet n wonderful for relaxing .

Loved our stay at Starfish! Having never been to Nassau I think I asked more questions than I have to any other host and she responded very timely and was super knowledgeable every time! The location was perfect for our family providing very easy access to the beach and pools. Very chill atmosphere which is exactly what we were looking for. We purchased the day passes for $22/day which gave us even more beach access, Inc bar and Pink Octopus access. Would definitely recommend this as well. The staff were amazing and so friendly they felt like friends! The condo was very clean and spacious. Was hard to leave and head back to the cold!
