Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. This is a completely separate studio basement suite within our home. The suite has it's own entrance, kitchenette, and private bath with walk-in shower and toilet separate from the vanity. Suite is located on a secluded 3 and 1/2 acre wooded lot just 1.5 miles from I95. Location is 18 min from Historic Fredericksburg, 20 Min from Washington Ferry Farm, 35 min from Mount Vernon, and 41 min from the Pentagon. Easy access to Quantico.

I was impressed with Donald's hospitality and home immediately. The house is beautiful, the room is very comfortable, and the house is immaculately clean. Don took time to show me around the house, including instructions for using the hot tub. Don is a terrific host. I am sorry that I was unable to meet Xuan during my short stay.

Kathy & Jason are wonderful hosts! In no particular order: Their guest suite is warm and inviting. I love the beach themed decor! Every room is sparkling clean. The walk-in bedroom closet is a great feature!! This guest suite also includes a lovely, cozy patio outside where you can relax at the beginning or end of the day. The neighborhood is quiet. Most points of interest in Stafford are a short car ride away. Kathy & Jason also included a booklet highlighting points of interest in town, great recommendations for local restaurants, etc. I will definitely book with Kathy & Jason the next time I am in town!

If I’m being completely honest this has probably been one of the greatest airbnb hosts me and my girlfriend have every stayed with. Kenneth and Tulin not only greeted us but also provided instructions and gave us a guide of the place and the amenities. I had informed them prior too that it was my girlfriends birthday coming up ( just let them get an idea of our plans and how busy we’d be) and as a complete surprise they came down stairs on the 13th with a cake and candles singing happy birthday to her! It was honestly one of the sweetest things someone has ever done for us, this stay honestly reassured me that there are still good people out there with good intentions. I’d definitely recommend this to anybody who names a temporary home away from home. Thank you so much for the experience I’m forever grateful!
