Holiday rentals with a patio in Lyminge

Loved our stay at Stacey and Damian’s. Perfect location in Cliftonville. Easily walkable to the old town, but also within reach of the lovely Walpole Bay and local shops / bars. Beautifully decorated space that was perfect for the 2 of us.

We just had a 3 night stay at this beautiful apartment. Well, what can I say, all round amazing! The apartment is superb, the location is superb and the hosts (Nathalie) totally amazing! From the moment I booked the accommodation to the time we left the facility, Nathalie was there making sure everything goes as planned. Thank you for making our trip a wonderful experience! We will definatly be coming back to you guys. The accommodation & its facilities are amazing. Right on the beach with beautiful sea views from all the rooms,. The location is superb too, literally a few minutes walk to all the key sights, bars, restaurants, shops and entertainment. Don’t need a car at all! The Ramsgate main sands, right outside of your door, with a long stretch of beach which has golden sand. During low tide, you can walk for miles. The flat feels brand new, it has all the mod cons & so clean. The hosts have even thought of all the small touches such as tea, coffee etc. Totally amazing!

We had a nice cozy stay in little poppy, everything present, lots of privacy in a cute garden where the sun is all day. Excellent base for cycling along the beach but also inland. Bridget is a nice hostess responded quickly after a message. Thank you for everything, a good start to our journey through England

Accommodation was fantastic lovely lay out and very modern , set in a lovely area by the pub , with a short walk to the beach , also private parking for the air b&b , pub food was fantastic and staff very friendly , also met mark on our stay and couldn’t of met a nicer guy , highly recommend this air b&b

We had a fantastic family stay at this apartment. It was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing break. The sea view was a real highlight – perfect to wake up to each morning! We had a very nice stay. The duplex was very comfortable, very clean and had all mod cons. There was plenty to do and see in town, including a cinema and interesting walks. Antonella had told us where to park and that helped a great deal. We also had a day in Whitstable which was also very interesting.

A lovely place to stay for the night, after going to an event in town. Has everything you need. Sean was very helpful. Would recommend and would use again.

We had a lovely stay here, Nick was an excellent host, greeted us on arrival and very helpful with local info. Nick responded almost immediately to messages and had the pool ready for us to use as and when we requested. The kids had so much fun in the pool, the floats and toys left out to use were an added bonus! House was spotless and perfectly equipped. Would definitely Recommend and would happily return. Have stayed at Stuart and Heather's place before and enjoyed our stay just as much this time. The house is beautifully appointed and well equipped, and great value compared to many similar places. The sunny little garden is an extra benefit. Stuart and Heather are friendly, responsive hosts too. Would definitely stay again :)

Was able to accommodate us last minute as we were let down on another booking upon arrival. Extremely friendly and helpful and the house was lovely! Can’t recommend enough!

The Lodge is an amazing place to spend time with family and friends if you really need a break from everything. The area is peaceful and nice for long walks. The house is clean and well equiped and has something for everyone (hot tub, games room, bbq). The garden is big and the kids can enjoy running around while the adults enjoy a drink or two. Also, the house is very big and the rooms are spacious. It's a home from home and we had an incredible time. The hosts were very polite and responsive. There are two local stores one in Barham and one in Elham for essentials but if you want to just relax, bring your shopping (there are three fridges and loads of storage space). I wholeheartedly reccommend the Lodge, our extended family of 8 had an unforgettable time there. Thank you Patrick and Jane for hosting us!

The barn was beautifully decorated. Clean and very homely. It had plenty of room and was amazing ,with everything we needed for our stay .The outdoor space was perfect again we had good seating,a bbq ,a fire pit and a wood burning hot tub which was perfect and was ready to use when we arrived .We were surrounded by nature it was stunning. Lisa was amazing , she knew exactly what we needed. Her responses were quick and helpful a perfect host and very kind .Lisa was on hand if you needed her but we had perfect privacy . Nothing was too much trouble .I would highly recommend this Airbnb. Location wise was really good ,not far from Sandwich,Ash and the east coast is a short drive away . Beautiful walks , woodland and totally safe for our little dog . I only wish we could have stayed longer , it was the perfect place for peace and tranquility. Thank you Lisa

Beautiful location. Very quiet and peaceful. Comfortable beds. Good for the dog, enclosed back garden. Parking on the street outside the house was easy. Close to Mermaid pub and Tadpole cafe/farmshop and bakery. Everything you need for a holiday in East Kent

We had a truly wonderful stay. The Annexe was perfect. Spotlessly clean and Nikki & Colin were very welcoming. They couldn’t have done more. Nikki is a super host plus. We enjoyed our stay so much that we’re planning to return in the near future. Thanks so much.

Lovely, peaceful hidden gem

Dan’s flat got a great range of tech gadgets which are super easy to adapt to and the place is really nice, we helped ourselves to some beer and prosecco. Dan’s been super responsive and considerate. Will definitely come back for more staycations thanks Dan!!!

Just back from a very relaxing break at Pebbles by the Bay. Great location right by the beach. The apartment was really comfortable and had everything we needed for a really lovely break together. Kitchen is really well equipped, and the beds were really comfortable. The welcome pack was a lovely touch, thank you. We all enjoyed it and would visit again. The older people in our party found the steps in and out of the apartment at the front a bit tricky but Angela gave us keys to the back entrance stairs which have a handrail and that was helpful. Thanks for a lovely stay.

A very convenient location for the attractions of Folkestone: with James' help, there was always available on-street parking at no cost. The apartment is functional and attractive, which is rather how I would like myself to be described by my wife. Everything worked as expected, and not being distracted by TV sets all over the place worked as a relaxing novelty.

We had a wonderful time at Nic’s place. Nic was super nice, always response and very clear in her instructions. Pictures don’t do justice to how beautiful it is. It is so tastefully done, paying attention to the smallest details. Be it the condiments at the kitchen, the books collection or the list of board and card games. While we loved reading in the garden when it was sunny, our absolute favourite part was being able to watch as rain trickled down the window and skylight whilst comfortably sat in the sofa. We absolutely loved this place and would definitely come back again.

Beautiful spotless apartment, with fantastic sea views, all the mod cons and amenities and free parking further down the street. Susan was very friendly, prompt and helpful in her comms. Loved the top floor arrangement with dressing room and walk in shower. Handy folder of pamphlets and takeaway brochures helped us plan our stay.

We had wonderful stay at Simon and Laura’s apartment. The place was clean and felt really homely. We were able to walk into town for bars and restaurants, but there is also a few coffee shops and cafes at the end of the road which was useful. Very kind and responsive hosts. Thank you :)

David was a superb host, providing detailed recommendations alongside clear instructions to locate the property. The location of the property is unbeatable. Just a short 20 second walk from the front door of the property and you're on the private beach! My morning cup of coffee never felt so relaxing. Woke up early to catch the sunrise which was a fantastic view! Just what I needed... a peaceful few days away from the hustle and bustle of normality. Thanks for a great stay, David!
