Scott School was a Campbell County one-room school from 1905 to 1928. In 2010, Scott School was renovated and serves as a lovely tea room and quiet location for guests. The Little Gallery House, near Natural Bridge, is part of an old Civilian Conservation Corps Camp, then juvenile detention center, now a campground and artist community, called Thunder BRidge. There are 100 acres to explore, bordering the Jefferson National Forest, with hiking trails and just 2 miles from the James River. This would be an ideal place for family to meet if some of you want to camp and others would like a real house. There is a queen bed and a day bed.
