Great place will definitely stay here again. The balcony was amazing. We ate practically every meal out there. also short walk to the beach condo was loaded directly on the beach, which was awesome with kids.

Room was great. Great view and only couple minutes to walk to Pier Park. Has everything you need. Well differently stay again.

Great place to stay. This is our 3rd time staying at the Aqua and highly recommend! So may things are within walking distance. The elevators was very quick with little or no wait time. Our condo was perfect for a family with 4 adults and 2 children. And our view was breath taking. The only thing I noticed in the condo was there was no clocks or a regular coffee pot so i would take theses items if you need them. But overall it was well stocked with every thing else you would need. We would stay here again!!!!

I don’t think I could say one thing negative about this place! Everything was literally perfect. From the space itself to the location. We are already looking at two other dates to book!

Great location, Clean and the views from the balcony was amazing. easy in and out, pool and hot tub areas were well kept and very clean. Beach access was awesome and we were able to utilize the outdoor grill area to prepare a great meal. So many great family activities to do with in a short drive from the condo. One of our favorites was St Andrews State park which is just down the road.

We had an amazing family vacation and stay. Balcony is shaded in the afternoon, which is a must after a long day on the beach. Condo was clean and had everything we needed. Any time that we had any questions, she was very quick to respond. The parking spot in the garage is on the same floor as the condo. No elevator waits with your luggage! Just straight around the corner to the condo. We plan on trying to stay again at this condo in the future.

Brent was exceptional throughout the process He gave very precise instructions from beginning to end and was very responsive to any questions or issue's we had. He forewarned about the mass entrance and exit of new and leaving guests so we just went to the room right after checkin and waited a couple of hours before moving our stuff in which was much easier. This condo is terrific and the view is gorgeous. Thanks Brent for making our visit seamless.

Beautiful condo and great location. The view of the beach from condo was amazing. Access to the beach was super easy and having the beach chair service made life really easy with a family. Also very close walking distance to a number of shops and restaurants. We really enjoyed this trip!

Loved it! Everything was clean and as described. Quick walk to beach and house was decorated really cute! If we come back to Panama City would definitely stay here again. Hosts were prompt with responses.

This is my second time here and each time I leave I’m always so grateful for this little cozy Airbnb! Top notch hosts who are always quick to respond. The airbnb has everything you need PLUS beach chairs, umbrellas and a wagon to make the walk to the beach a breeze which is SO kind of the hosts to have for their guests. Carillon is one of my favorite places to visit in FL. Everything you need is right there and a publix and aldi are only 2 minutes away. They have a spa at the resort and adorable shops and restaurants. We love lake powell pizza, the little beach cafe and salty bottle and brew. The beach walkover is only a 5 minute walk through the Carillon neighborhood and all of the pools are top notch. I love the cleanliness of Carillon and this airbnb. The lake view is beautiful from the balcony. The Airbnb is so clean and they give you everything you need to have a relaxing vacation. You won’t regret booking this one!! Top Notch. Smartly decorated a very nice private fenced backyard. A little bit of a walk to the beach but in this part of PCB there's plenty of street parking right next to the beach so we just drove.

Amy was such a hospitable and responsive host. This place felt like home. It was in a perfect location; within walking distance to restaurants, shops, the pool, the beach, while also feeling private and very safe. A drive away you can find Destin and Panama City beach which are full of any activity you can think of; but rosemary keeps you nestled in a private elegant little town. We will 100% be back!

Our family (2 adults, 2 teens) had a really nice stay and loved how close the house is to the beach. We found this area to be much less commercialized and more low-key/quiet than other spots along the coast. The host offers some beach equipment for guests (chairs, cabana, umbrella, boogie boards, a few towels). That was super helpful as we didn’t want to have to rent (or pack!) all those items for our trip. We liked every aspect of the house — comfortable beds, spacious kitchen, contemporary decor, and thoughtful storage for toiletries and travel items. Thank you for wonderful accommodations!

This area was very nice. Syndie gave us great restaurant locations. We especially enjoyed the Donut Hole and Bill's Bayou. The house had everything we needed. Kitchen was stocked and organized. The master bedroom was very spacious and comfy. The beach area was extremely nice and not over crowded. The house was literally a five minute walk to Inlet Beach.

The condominium was as described, very clean, nicely furnished and well stocked. Megan was wonderful always quick to respond to all my questions . I would definitely like to return in the future.

We couldn't have loved our stay anymore! Charla was a phenomenal host. The place was absolutely beautiful. We're planning to come back next year and WILL MOST DEFINITELY stay here again. Thank you so much for having us. It was truly perfect.

There’s not much more I can say about Daniel’s condo other than “paradise perfection.” This was the cleanest condo I have ever stayed in. The floor to ceiling windows with the most perfect view really makes the condo. The space was large for my family of 5. Loved the corner unit! Our entire stay was perfect. The elevators were a bummer, but obviously out of Daniel’s control. The included lounges and umbrella on the beach made for a great beach experience and the pool is way bigger in person than in the pictures which was a wonderful surprise!

We could not have loved this place any more! Cozy and cute inside with a fantastic outdoor space and pool! Quick walk to the beach made the location perfect! We will definitely be back!!!

Really nice 3 bed 2 bath condo. Nice and clean, very nice furniture. Well decorated. While I didn’t try the other beds I can say the master bed was very comfortable. Probably more so than most anyplace I’ve rented. Nice private master bedroom. While condo have to pay for a parking pass it’s not much for the week, and does have its advantages. 1 your car is under cover so it’s not crazy hot like when you park in the FL sun. This was very pleasant. Seemed to have decent security so we felt our car was safe. It’s a bit of a pain walking back n forth and transferring elevators, but it wasn’t bad. The views from this 16th floor are great. We take our adult kids and their significant others. So we had plenty of privacy for everyone with separate rooms. Great location where you can walk to many different restaurants. It’s approximately two city blocks to pier Park if that. The period itself is right across from pier Park also within walking distance. Over all great place!!

Great place and location for PCB. Out of the thick of traffic yet close enough to get to restaurants and attractions. Nice little pizza place within walking distance. Our room was cozy, clean, and quiet.
