Centrally Located. Just debuting this fun and colorful lower apartment for your stay near downtown Rockford. 1000 sq feet. This is my second BnB in this vintage 4 unit apartment building I have owned since 1987. New queen beds in both bedrooms with a shared bathroom between them. Absolutely no parties. I live directly above. You may hear some muffled sounds as there was no hood soundproofing in 1928 Washer and dryer in basement for guests staying a week or more or by request.

Anmol was very attentive and responsive. Just a small problem with the cleaning service running behind, but that was not his fault. Also, we had 4 adults and a child on reservation and they left us 4 towels and 2 wash cloths. Other than that, was a decent stay.

Alex is very helpful and supportive. The house is very spacious, and worth every penny. I had some minor issues with one of the bathrooms, but it was fixed right away as Alex has sent the technicians in less than 2 hours. Also, if one thing that is special about Alex and his wife Maria is their generosity, something that you don’t find it easily in some hosts. I literally didn’t need to get any towel, paper towels, cleaning supplies and soaps. The house was very well equipped. The neighborhood is very safe, and there is a golf and tennis court nearby. I like the stay, I am looking to book again in Aug.

I was pleased with my stay, especially for the price. Hosts were responsive. I wish the place had a fan or some form of individual temperature control. The stove in the kitchen also left a lot to be desired, but did it's job. Other than that, the bed was comfy, place was clean. I would stay here again and would recommend this place to others.

This was a very special family trip and our host made us feel very welcome. The house is absolutely beautiful and is in a very nice neighborhood. We are so glad that we chose this home for our trip. We were attending an event at the Midway Village in Rockford and this house was 4 minutes from the venue. Extremely convenient! It is also close to a very large number of stores and restaurants. We would definitely stay here again when we’re in the area. Many thanks to our hosts! You helped make it a very special time!
