Dream home in the woods (Sister lakes area)

We are renting out a 2 Bedroom Appartment (lower level) in our house/duplex. It has a separate entry and is located in a tree rich area. A natural area begins right behind the house. The sister lakes are in a 3 min walking distance. The apartment is conviniently located in Ann Arbor - 2.2 mi to Downtown - 3.5 mi to the Big House - 2.8 mi to UofM central campus A bus stop and a great coffee place (19 Drips) are in walking distance. Please make sure to enter the right amount of guests ;-)

Located just 2 miles to Michigan stadium(35 min walk - 5 minute drive/Uber), 2 miles from Downtown, 5-10 Minutes to Campus but still in a quiet neighborhood. Plenty of parking available.
