Holiday rentals with breakfast in Maddens Plains

Denise was a warm and welcoming host who went the extra mile to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. We loved the beautiful Alpacas and Denise's gorgeous dog. The surroundings of the property are picturesque and the property is well located to all of the local towns in the Southern Highlands. Denise gave our kids Easter gifts which was so lovely of her and much appreciated. The house was clean and had all the creature comforts to make it feel like home. Highly recommend! Thanks Denise xx

Situated in beautiful quiet back street. Long walk down side of house to accommodation under main house. No problem for us but might be a little tough if you are not very ambulant. Fantastic walk down to the water through rainforest like vegetation to the ferry. Amazing. From ferry can get anywhere in the bay area. No kitchen or kitchen sink but they do offer to wash any dishes etc. So no cooking. Lots of food extras. Very happy with stay.

Kim is an EXCELLENT Airbnb host! Even before we booked, she was incredibly flexible and responsive, making the whole process so easy and stress free. She went above and beyond to accommodate our needs and was genuinely supportive throughout our stay. From the moment we arrived, Kim and her family made us feel welcome and cared for. Her communication was prompt and thoughtful, and nothing was ever too much trouble. The property itself is amazing, beautifully maintained, spotless, and filled with thoughtful touches that made it feel like a home away from home. We went for a long weekend to Dalys’s & thoroughly enjoyed it. Everything was thoughtfully laid out & was so clean , neat and tidy. Breakfast provisions were provided plus other lovely treats. There isn’t really a supermarket nearby but general store has some food basics. The cafe next door to the general store is gorgeous and well worth a brunch stop but you really need to book in before hand , it’s busy. Lots of walks and places to eat breakfast & lunch all at your door stop. Dinner is more limited but the pub is easy and only a few minutes stroll down from the house. We took my elderly mum and she was fine with the stairs in the house, they are easy & low rise. In fact she wanted to move in and had such a great time. Driveway & steps up to the house are a bit steep with a pebbled part to walk on if you struggle with mobility. Everything about this property feels luxurious , airy and inviting. Sunlight & views into the living spaces is glorious. We would love to stay again.

Margaret’s home is the ideal home away from home. Spacious and well equipped, it has all the qualities of a beautiful and comfortable house. It’s one house that we would love to come back to when we are in the Blue Mountains.

Loved our weekend away at Cockatoo Cottage! Jorgia was excellent with communications and so helpful. We had perfect weather for May/June so scored in that department as well. It's a small house but was perfect for our family of 4. Easily walkable to Bundeena shops and we had dinner on the Saturday night at the Bundeena CSC. My family did 2 hikes at the Royal National park and loved it. You can walk the loop track to the Jibbons Engraving sight from the cottage - took us about an hour and a half - close your eyes as you walk by the nude beach ;) The house has underfloor heating and a heat inverter which took the edge off the cooler nights. Thank you Jorgia for a wonderful stay! Much appreciated!

Our stay at Shane's apartment was excellent! Shane was helpful and responsive from the get go and directions/check-in instructions were clear and easy to follow. The apartment was clean, tidy and homey, with all the essential amenities and more. The Parsley Bay area was absolutely stunning, with beautiful views and peaceful surrounds. It is an easy walk to Watson's Bay for seafood or a ferry ride--bus stop right outside the apartment. We really enjoyed our stay, would highly recommend staying here to others and can't wait to return.

It was exactly what we needed after walking the Royal Coastal track! Thoughtful touches made us feel right at home, and the apartment was beautifully clean. We enjoyed the serene river views with plentiful birdlife which were even better for being on the first floor.

Melissa was a great and very accommodating host. Place is located in a perfect spot near the beach. Highly recommend.

A very peaceful and comfortable little cabin. Sitting on the couch and looking at the window, we could only see trees surrounding us. Very convenient location, close to the main street in Berrima. We loved the attention that Penny and Gordon have given to this place, like the under floor heating which was really nice and made the place so cosy as the weather was so cold when we were there, as well as the little details like bread and milk … I would definitely recommend for future travelers.

Wonderful stay in Sydney at Glen’s studio. Exactly as described and pictured. Glen was very helpful and answered all questions very quickly. We loved having milk there ready for a cup of tea when we arrived! Lovely touches with toiletries and pantry items ready for your arrival.

Wonderful stay at Don’s— the neighborhood is beautiful, walkable, with so many restaurants, cafes and things to do. Easy access to transit to go into the city or to get to surrounding neighborhoods. Don was very responsive at all times. Would stay again!

Great B&B. Lovely location

It’s our favourite place to stay, we love the cottage and the area. Kids have lots to do inside the cottage as there are many kids books and games. There was everything we needed for a beautiful breakfast, thanks so much, Helen for wonderful experience and great memories!

Trevor and Karen were wonderful hosts that were really thoughtful. They left us little snacks such as gluten free crackers and cheese, and fruit. Would definitely come back.

Had an extremely wonderful stay at Harold’s abode! His hospitality and friendly nature helps in making you feel right at home! I enjoyed all the heartening conversations with him 🙂 I must also add that his two lovely pet dogs- Luna and Max are a delight to be around; calm and very playful. Coming to the room and amenities, everything is as described in the bnb post and we had no inconveniences whatsoever. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a quiet, homely and safe place to stay. Thanks once again, Harold!

What a great find for our family! We had family commitments over the weekend at short notice and found Sylvia’s beautiful guest house which accommodated our family perfectly! Everything was as expected and easy! The beds were super comfortable and the house fabulous for spending time in. Thank you Sylvia - we would love to stay again one day!

Lea was very pleasant and welcoming. The property was quiet and private. The area in which it is located is very lovely. Access was easy and straight forward as per Lea's instructions. The amenities in the apartment were amazing and much appreciated especially after a long international flight. I would not hesitate to recommend Lea's property and would be happy to stay there again next time I'm in the area.

Our nearly one-month long stay at this AirBnB was an exceptional experience. From the seamless check-in to the incredibly responsive and attentive hosts, everything exceeded our expectations. The home was not only clean and safe, but also made us feel right at home. We particularly appreciated the weekly housekeeping and the thoughtful replenishment of kitchen supplies. Darren and Ralph's place is as advertised: cozy, central, warm, and inviting. With Central Station and the L in close proximity, we had no issues exploring. Super easy check-in, great communication. The small details around the room gave the space a very homey feel. Darren and Ralph are both very enjoyable humans. They give you your privacy but are happy for a chat. We enjoyed the conversations we had with them. Definitely recommend!
