Located a 400m walk from beautiful Austinmer beach on the south coast of NSW, this newly renovated studio apartment is a completely private, self-contained offering with a separate entrance. Apartment has a queen bed, kitchenette (no stove but a microwave), ensuite bathroom and lounge area, with delightful outdoor garden setting to enjoy your afternoon aperitif or morning cuppa. Austinmer and the surrounding South Coast villages are plentiful for restaurant and cafe choices, but it is their beaches and rock pools that will leave you wondering if you've found paradise. Please come and enjoy our studio apartment and all this locality has to offer. Restaurant recommendations and things to do will be provided.

Ocean views, native birds and trees

Described as a 'tree house' the apartment is light, airy and spacious (snug in winter) with ocean and bush views, located 5 minutes walk to the beach. It has a separate entrance and a large sunny deck overlooking lush native bush to the ocean below. There is no kitchen but there is a sink under cover on the deck & we provide a BBQ, microwave, bar fridge, kettle and toaster with essential crockery and cutlery. We provide guests with fresh coffee, tea, milk and home made muesli upon arrival.
