Holiday rentals with a home cinema in Madinaty, Second New Cairo

Great location as it’s near the food court, the yard, and emergency hospital. Mohammed and his brother Mahmoud were very respectful, cooperative and friendly. Would recommend for a friend and would definitely come back again.

Brother Wael is a brilliant and classy character and interested in the smallest details , the space is more than wonderful I recommend it . He was very careful of the guests and was constant from the moment of reception to departure .

I had an extremely great time at Tamer's apartment. I spent a bit over a month here and absolutely loved it. It's a very cozy and well-furnished studio apartment with all amenities you need. Loved the cozy living room and the 65" TV. Madinaty is beautiful and peaceful, highly recommended if you seek some tranquility away from the city hustle. Many restaurants at 15-20 mins walking distance at Craft Zone area, lovely shopping district. There's a mosque, medical centre, supermarket, and pharmacy just 15 mins walking to west. And of course you can always rely on Talabat app whenever you're not in mood for a walk. There's Open Air mall around 15-20 mins by taxi (around 2 USD). There's also Madinaty cebtral park. The location is ok, a bit far from the city centre (around 45 mins by taxi), around an hour plus if you're going to Giza pyramids. Tamer is a very friendly person and I cannot recommend him enough, he never hesitated to help with any problem. It's definitely a 5 star for me.

Absolutely incredible stay – the perfect getaway! John and Norma are truly the best hosts we’ve ever had – incredibly warm, responsive, and thoughtful. The villa was spotless, spacious, and beautifully maintained. We stayed as a group of four and had more than enough space to relax and feel at home. The house is very well equipped: the kitchen has everything you need, the bathrooms are clean and modern, and the pool area is just perfect. Every little detail was taken care of, which made our stay incredibly comfortable. It’s rare to find a place that feels this welcoming and well-prepared. We genuinely enjoyed every moment and felt like we were in a private paradise. I can wholeheartedly recommend this accommodation to anyone looking for a relaxing, high-quality stay. the place was very clean calm and respects privacy, near to all restaurants and supermarkets. all kind of kitchen equipments, towels, covers were available, clean and ready to be used. Mohamed was a very nice person, helpful and decent. generally it was a very memorable experience would be repeated. place is great for friends and groups as mentioned and everything was matching the photos and the description.

Very beautiful and wonderful

Yahya’s place was absolutely amazing. I had a major surgery during my stay and the ottoman connected to the couch did me great justice. The complex is absolutely beautiful and would recommend anyone to stay here. He also surprised me and sent flower arrangements post operation. He’s very very responsive at ALL TIMES of the day which has been a huge plus! Thank you again and would stay here anytime!
