Ground Floor with Private Terrace and Garden.

The house is mix between modern furniture and 80s decoration in the living room. Maamoura area is the only gated community in Alexandria itself on the beach , adjacent to Montaza palace with lots of small grocery stores and restaurants and cafes . Very calm and enjoyable during winter time and very busy during summer season. The terrace and garden aren't very well maintained currently , but they are available for sitting outside.

We see our house as perfectly located though situated rather far from the city center. It's a short way to the bus stop & it is not a problem to get to any place as public transport works well. The windows have an open view. Our flat is warm & cozy.
