Holiday rentals with a patio in Madison

Absolutely loved this cute apartment in the gated community. Great restaurants all walkable. Free parking and super easy instructions. Pamela was awesome and always quick to respond. The place was perfect. Had loads of extra amenities like toothpaste, kitchen utensils, sauces etc etc. Highly recommended and will definitely love to stay here again. Thank you

Quiet, comfortable lodging, loved having a full kitchen. I only spent the early morning & evenings in the apartment & during that time, neighbors were quiet. It’s a short drive to the civic center area. Neighborhood felt safe. Communication is great. I would stay again.

Loved staying here. Place is nice, spacious, and comfortable. Easy walk to restaurants, coffee shops, and Big Spring Park. Short drive to the Space and Rocket Center. Hosts were nice. Hope to stay here again on our next trip to Huntsville.

The accommodation was all that was described and perfect for my needs. I was in Huntsville visiting my daughter and grandkids, and this was a perfect place to spend time with them. We enjoyed the pool and gym area. I was able to cook a great family meal, and the location was peaceful and scenic. Overall I was very happy with my stay. I will be reaching out to TaWanda for all of my future trips to Huntsville. Thank you!!!

This apartment met our needs perfectly. We were in Madison to visit family in the area and this apartment was the perfect launching spot. The kitchen had all that we needed to prepare meals. There was no noise from neighboring apartments. The fitness center was small, but adequate. We were able to park in the garage when bad weather was forecast. I will absolutely rent here again if my family is here in the future. I recommend this apartment without hesitation.

Good place to stay! Host communicated and checked in often, she was wonderful! Any potential negatives were that some rooms were a bit dark, and the blinds did not open in every room. Additionally, the dishwasher and oven handle were broken, if that is a necessity for you staying there. The neighborhood was relatively average, not the safest feeling ever but also not super sketchy or dangerous. We had a great stay though, and for the price at that quality I would highly recommend!

Ben was great with communication, answered any questions quickly. The home was very clean. The double washer and dryer is an amazing add on to have. Neighborhood was nice and quiet at night. Lots of good restaurants in close proximity. 100 percent recommend renting from Ben.

Beautiful home away from home for a family. Layout was great and allowed everyone their space without feeling separated. Didn't use the backyard much, but there is needed. Neighborhood was nice, friendly, and walkable. Close to everything you need, without having to go all the way in the city. Will absolutely stay again.

The home was beautiful. Enough space for everyone. Love the kitchen sink. The only thing I can say wasn’t satisfying was there were not enough garbage can . Only one in the kitchen. Need garbage cans in the bathroom room. There was plenty on towels for our stay.

Patricia was a lovely host. I definitely recommend and will be keeping her in mind when I return. The only thing I couldn’t find there was potholders while cooking. My boys loved the property. We had a truly wonderful time. Thank you Patricia.

Stylish, modern, and cozy 3 bedroom/2 bath home. I loved the little touches added. There was a makeup mirror with a light, makeup remover wipes, robes, and each room had a fan they could plug in. The beds were very comfortable. Each bathroom has shampoo, conditioner, and body wash of good quality. AC works great. The fridge has a built-in water & ice maker.

The condo was nice but the area had a lot of homeless people and pan handlers in the area.

This place was ideal for our visit to see our daughter, as her student housing was conveniently close by. The stay was peaceful and comfortable, and Diane was exceptionally responsive and helpful throughout. The location was also great—not far from downtown, Mid-City, and Providence—making it easy to explore the area. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a quiet and well-located stay.

Aleena is an excellent host. She gave excellent instructions for check in and check out. We appreciated her checking on us after check and check out. She has taken great care to make her space feel comfortable and has everything you could possibly need for a long- or short-term stay.

I loved my stay. The bed was comfortable. Everything was very functional. The place had everything I needed and nothing I didnt need.

I booked very last-minute, actually three hours prior to check in time; because, the Airbnb we were currently staying at had flooded. Sandy was very helpful, communicative and allowed us entry as soon as possible. Definately saved the rest of our trip!
