They were so responsive, helpful and welcoming we will definitely stay there again.

It was a positive experience for our entire family. We celebrated graduation from UGA and had plenty of room for everyone to not feel crowded. The hosts were accommodating and fast to respond to anything we needed or questions we had. Had an issue with the air conditioning and they quickly had someone out to fix it.

Brian's place was great for visiting Athens. Quick to get to the university. This was definitely one of the cleaner airbnbs we've stayed at in a while. Very responsive host. Plenty of amenities, and a fun space to hang out with friends. Would definitely recommend, go dawgs.

Needed a small place to stay for AthFest weekend and this did not disappoint! Will book again in the future and recommend to others!

This was the PERFECT location for our family vacation! We have a family of eight with two married couples, a 17 year old, and an 8 year old. There was plenty of space and lots of extras to keep everyone busy. Marie’s place felt like home which made it easy to enjoy and relax. She was also very communicative and helpful any time we had a question. Anderson is such a sweet little city. Several good local eats, a precious downtown area, and the nicest Chick-fil-a workers ever! We look forward to visiting again!

Our family was looking for a nice place to stay near Athens for our oldest daughter's graduation from the University of Georgia and we found Southern Grandeur was open for the long weekend. It was the perfect location for our family which inclmy parents who stayed with us. Located about 20 minutes from Athens, we were able to get in and out of the hustle and bustle of graduation weekend easily with minimal traffic. The house is a beautiful restored home on the National Historic Registry - but it also had modern amenities like a pool and a great air conditioner. Added bonus was the Sonos music system throughout the house. While close to Athens, the town of Commerce was a great place for us to enjoy as well. The 1818 Brewery was about 100 yards from the home as was the full commercial district. We could walk down to Diesel Doughnuts for breakfast and coffee as well as visit the local bike shop, Suburban Cycles. I would definitely stay again if the opportunity comes up!

My family was in Monroe for a wedding. The house provided all we needed for our group. We enjoyed the pool table and had lots of space for sleeping.

Tammy and her house were absolutely amazing! She went above and beyond for anything we needed. The home was fully stocked and had tons of extras. This place inside and out is gorgeous and the pictures just don’t do it justice. The pool and spa were both very relaxing and very well maintained. We definitely plan on coming back whenever we are in the area again. Paddling and kayaking the lake right from the dock was a huge plus. If you ever visit Lake Hartwell - I 100/10 recommend this place!

Staying at Frank and Cindy‘s Airbnb was perfect . The house was spotless. The beds were so comfortable, there were plenty of linens provided, chocolates and even a bottle of water provided by the bed upon check in. They also had a selection of local craft beers in the refrigerator as a little gift. The drive into Athens was easy and they provided a notebook of suggestions on what to do in the area and where to eat. We will definitely stay here again if we’re ever in Athens, don’t pass this little gem up! Thank you, Frank and Cindy for making our stay wonderful!

I absolutely fell in love with The Betty. The retro charm this place has made us all feel at home and comfortable. The Sunroom was a great place to sit and watch the deer (which truly was the highlight of my week). Temperature well controlled with an A/C that keeps up in the June GA heat. We visit family here often and I see us returning to The Betty in the future.

If you are looking for a place that isn’t in the hustle and bustle, but still close to a major highway, this is your spot. It’s a very quiet and relaxing location and the house is wonderful.

Great find for uga graduation ac panel needed fixing and bathroom was inside master bed upstairs so makes it a bit harder for other guest sleeping in living room to use bathroom but otherwise all was good! Very nice family living here!

The house was perfect for our needs, immaculate, and 100% as described! Lucy is phenomenal and super responsive, very welcoming to our family and super helpful! I cannot speak highly enough of Lucy and her home.

Place was very clean and well stocked. My husband enjoyed the record player and bulldog decor!

Everything was as advertised and then some! I loved the decor and comfortable rooms. So many wonderful books to browse and the back patio is private! Kirk was a wonderful host. The girlfriend reunion was a huge success and they loved the fabulous food at the Expat.

Very pretty and spacious with room for a lot of people. Close enough to downtown Athens and to main landmarks. Close to Aldi and Kroger but also very private and peaceful. Kitchen was well equipped but some extra pots and dishes would've come in handy. Just a heads up on the entrance as the ramp is very steep!

Such a sweet spot! Quiet neighborhood. Quiet inlet of Lake Hartwell. A perfect place for our 3-family reunion with kiddos. We spent most of the daytime on the water (rented a boat one day, hung out and swam off the dock the next day). Evenings were savored on the porch. Well-stocked kitchen. Enjoyed the multiple living room spaces to hang, especially the beautiful sun room. Loved the SUP and kayaks for the lake. Erin was so responsive and helpful. Thank you for sharing your lovely space!

Chasing Shade was exactly as described. We’ve been going to Reed Creek for over 30 years, so it was fun to stay near the SC part of the lake. The house is close to everything. Even though it’s on a busy road, it’s set far enough back and has a huge yard. We loved that it was dog friendly, so that we could travel with our labradoodle. The decks and dock have great views of the lake. Swimming and fishing right off the dock was perfect. We even caught some fish! The kitchen and house were well stocked with necessities and more. It was nice to have inflatables and beach towels. The beds were very comfortable. Overall - a solid 5 star property!

The Airbnb was in a great location! Close to everything me and my best friend and my child stayed in Marie’s home! It was very clean and space ish. A nice getaway spot for the weekend. 10/10!!!

Joseph hosted us for 5 days, his home was amazing, quiet, quaint, clean, relaxing place! We got there and walked into a beautiful CLEAN house!!! The home had all the amenities you need for your stay. All the kitchen appliances, pots, pans, utensils, plates, coffee mugs, wine glasses, and the list continues…We cooked and made use of the farm to table aspect of the surrounding area. Next to Jospehs house is a farm with animals. The owner of the farm(Jospehs neighbors) were soo nice! We walked to their house and were able to see the animals. It was such a cool experience to really stay in a country style place. The area is driving distance from everything. Quiet and relaxing vacation time! I WOULD DEFINITELY LOVE TO STAY HERE AGAIN!!
