We are a short distance from the airport and there is a train station down the road that goes into Nashville in the mornings and evenings. We are a short cab or Uber ride to the Honky Tonks and happenings downtown as well. Nashville has the highest Hotel rates in the nation. The Nashville Nifty-now with kitchenette!

The Nifty is completely remodeled and has not been used for anything other than an Airbnb. That means that everything in the room is there for my guests. The room is suitable for up to 2 adults or 1 adult and 1 child-there is one queen bed. There is plenty of off street parking in my wide driveway. Please note: I have a Metro Nashville Short Term Rental permit. The Nifty is attached to my house but completely separate. This is a non-smoking suite, also no pets.
