In our accommodation, you will find the cleanliness you are looking for and you will enjoy a quiet place in contact with nature, in a strategic position to reach the University, Hospital and Palasport in 5 minutes (1.5 km). We are 15 minutes from Pescara, 20 minutes from the sea of Francavilla and in 40 minutes you can visit both the beautiful Majella National Park and the beautiful Trabocchi Coast. We are also 7 minutes from the Pe Ovest-Ch highway exit and 15 minutes from the Chieti tollbooth (A24/25).

The Green House

Single house that is 5 minutes from the center of Chieti. Ideal for two people, but can accommodate up to 3 people. It has a kitchen, a double bedroom, a living room with sofa bed, a bathroom and a small outdoor area fenced. It has an independent entrance and may be accessed directly from outside. We are just 15 minutes from the sea, 20 minutes from Pescara, 30 minutes from the Costa dei Trabocchi and 30 minutes from the mountains! We have a shuttle service available, upon reservation.

The Cottage in the City

Exclusive use apartment: 1 room with a double bed and exclusive bathroom plus living room-kitchen. On request, it can accommodate up to 4 guests, adding 1 room with 2 single beds. The accommodation is in the center of the city on the edge of the city park, set in a pretty small Art Nouveau building with a separate entrance surrounded by the green of centuries-old trees. New furnishings, large and bright rooms with bathrooms with shower and kitchen with induction hob and electric oven.

Nice cozy super-small studio, suitable for people who love essential, clean, nordic-style spaces. No-frills basic place, but instilled with love. 14 mq, 150 sqft, just renovated, parquet floor, cozy single bed, 100x60cm wardrobe, AC, heating system, table and chair as a workspace or eating place, microwave & fridge, bathroom with 100x70cm shower. The studio is located inside a medical center, but it retains its privacy, since it has its security door and nothing is shared.

Located a few minutes from the historic center of Chieti (Abruzzo) halfway between the sea🌊 and the mountains.🏔️ The house consists of a kitchen (for which we offer everything you need), a bathroom, a double bedroom, and a single bedroom with a bunk bed.
