Welcome to our self contained one bedroom annex complete with kitchen, shower room & living room. The bedroom & shower room are freshly decorated for 2026. Guests have a separate entrance which is separated by two doors from the main house. You are welcome to use the garden & bar-be-que and sit anywhere. We have a very friendly dog who generally stays away. We don’t charge extra cleaning fees to bump the price up, we just ask that you leave the annex tidy. Cot bed available to hire for £15

We have super king bed that can be separated into 2 singles if our guests prefer. There is unlimited free WIFI and several of the power sockets incorporate USB charging points. The accommodation is well positioned in a conservation area directly opposite to the Malvern Link Common which is great for walking dogs.
