Holiday rentals with beach access in Madrid

Room for one girl. Next to Aviación Española metro station.

13m2 room, Netflix wifi; next to the Spanish Aviation metro, 15' from downtown. Parking, pharmacy, supermarket, bus, and train. Everything is very clean and the bathroom even more. It would be barely for three people counting on you. I accept 2 people, but for a short time and have an additional 12 euros per day; smoking only in the courtyard. I have pets, they're old and don't bother you. Minimum of 4 days. Not if you'll regret installing it with me, because I'm attentive, pleasant and flexible.
