L'Annexe is a comfortable, cosy and romantic cottage situated on the edge of the scenic village of Mons, right on a walking trail that leads to the Gorges d'Héric or up the Caroux mountain. It's 10 minute walk down to heart of the village where there are several restaurants, a café, a grocery store, tourism office and a weekly market. From the Kitchen-living space you have direct access to the paved patio under the vines and kiwi tree. The shared, unheated pool is open from April till October.

Air-conditioned accommodation in a village house

Located 10 minutes from Béziers, 20 minutes from the sea (Valras) and the river (Cessenon). 3-min drive to the village LIDL. Hairdresser, beautician, press, post office, doctor, nurse, physiotherapist. Free parking spaces are available close to the accommodation. On the second floor of a large village house, close to the village square and its church (sound of bells). Free parking spaces. App. 1 Le Rêve - The dream.

Le Rêve, or The Dream, are two apartments with their own pool uniquely shared between them. The two apartments are adjacent to our villa in the charming village of Magalas, Languedoc. Although tranquil, Magalas has several restaurants and shops in the centre (7 min walk from the house). Each apartment sleeps two. Perfect for one couple, or for two couples travelling together, if you rent both apartments. Now also with air-condition in the bedroom. Not suitable for children. No pets.

Pleasant villa of 75 m2 on one level, quiet, on the edge of a typical Languedoc village and vineyards. Bright living room and equipped kitchen. 2 bedrooms: one equipped with a 140 cm bed and the other with 2 90 cm beds with the possibility of converting into a 180 cm bed. Bathroom with toilet and walk-in shower, cellar with washing machine, toilet. Terrace with garden furniture and plancha, small fenced garden. On-site parking. Close to Béziers, Canal du Midi, sea and foothills.

Charming Mansion close to the vineyards and 30 minutes from the sea. 🚶‍♂️ You are 8 minutes' walk from local shops: grocery store, bakery, tobacco shop, restaurant, hairdresser... The house accommodates up to 6 people with all the necessary comforts. 🌿 Optionally, an independent wooden eco-lodge (Dome) in the garden can accommodate 2 additional people (total capacity: 8 people), by reservation and with a supplement. The two apartments are never rented at the same time.

The Vigneron House

Charming cottage nestled between the Cevennes and the Mediterranean... in the heart of the Moulin de Lène estate with 110 ha of nature and biodiversity. La Maison Vigneronne has a large living room, a friendly kitchen, 2 bedrooms (bedroom 160 bed and twin bedroom), a seating room that accesses the sunny terrace. The shared pool is accessible during your stay, facing the castle park with as neighbors chickens and goats. 5 min from Magalas, 30 min from the sea.
