La casa cuenta con 4 habitaciones y 3 baños completos. En la planta baja se encuentra la cocina, el comedor y un baño, un patio interior y una terraza exterior. En la primera planta encontramos el salón para lo vistas al mar y una habitación con terraza interior, además de otro baño. En la segunda planta tenemos la habitación principal con vistas al mar y escritorio, dos habitaciones dobles, una con terraza interior, y el tercer baño.
