Hey dear guests, I am renting out a nice, bright and quiet two-room apartment with balcony. It is located on the 2nd floor. There is an elevator. The apartment is 60 square meters, newly renovated and brand new and furnished with love. However, some things like carpets and pictures are still missing at the moment. But it won't be long before the apartment is fully furnished. It is close to the university, and you can also get to the city center quickly.

Free parking is available right in front of the door. The apartment is located in a historic Magdeburg neighborhood, 10 minutes walk from Neustadt train station and 10 minutes from the university. The Elbe bike path and historic harbor are also around the corner.

The layout includes a cozy living, dining, and sleeping area as well as a modern bathroom with a shower.

The 2-room apartment is located right in the center on Hasselbachplatz, but in a traffic-calmed side street. The apartment is accessible by elevator. A balcony, a fully equipped kitchen and a washing machine are also available. Wi-Fi with a 30,000 line is available. Restaurants, supermarkets/chemist's, pharmacy, bakery and public transportation are a 2-3 minute walk. From the central station it is just a few stops.
