The house underwent a five-year renovation, maintaining all the architectural features both inside and out, with exposed walls and tuff arches. Outside, you can take advantage of three parking spaces. The house enjoys spectacular exposure to both the south and north.

About 1 km away is an indoor pool with a spa, ideal for relaxing after hiking. The chalet is about 50 km from Agrigento's Valley of the Temples and Favara's Cultural Farm. Nearby, you can visit the Andromeda Theater and the Hermitage of Santa Rosalia alla Quisquina.
