Ο ισόγειος χώρος που διατίθεται,είναι μια αυτόνομη και ανεξάρτητη κατοικία, 95m3 περίπου, με καθιστικό, κουζίνα, δύο υπνοδωμάτια και μπάνιο. Υπάρχει και δεύτερο μπάνιο έξω από το ένα υπνοδωμάτιο, με πολύ εύκολη πρόσβαση από την μπαλκονόπορτα. Μεγάλες πλακόστρωτες σκιερές αυλές με ανεμπόδιστη θέα στη θάλασσα περιβάλλουν το σπίτι και χαρίζουν αξέχαστες στιγμές χαλάρωσης.
