Lakefront Cabin is 30ft. from the seawall, has a pedal boat to use if desired, EV Charger, level 2 available, bring life jackets (lake is lowered in the winter, can’t use pedal boat or fish).Cabin has 2 bedrooms with kings, 2 baths (one with tub/shower and the other walk in shower), washer, dryer, fully equipped kitchen, 2 electric fireplaces, firepit outside, picnic table, patio table, charcoal grill and a swing close to the lake. Our home is a level lot just feet from Balboa Lake, the largest lake in the village. The Village has eight well maintained golf courses and several lakes. We are surrounded by trees which turn magnificent colors in the fall. We are on paved roads and you will have no trouble accessing us. There is a great tennis facility with 12 clay courts and pickle ball courts are also available. The beach area is near us.

Everything about the stay was great! Couples or smaller families alike will have lots to do right on the property! I do recommend screen saving your entrance information and Wi-Fi information beforehand because signal can be pretty bad depending on your service provider otherwise awesome 👌

This cabin was perfect! We stayed here because my husband had a bass tournament on Lake Hamilton. There was plenty of space to park my car and his truck & boat. The cabin is only about 6 minutes from the Andrew Hulsey Fish Hatchery boat ramp and about 15 minutes from downtown Hot Springs. There is a Dollar General less than a mile away. It was close enough to everything, but still very peaceful. There is a full kitchen with all kinds of cookware. The cabin is cooled with mini splits (in the kitchen and both bedrooms), and it took a few minutes to figure out how to use the remote, but once we figured it out, the mini splits worked great. My only complaint is the water pressure in the shower is painfully low, but that’s not a big enough deal to decrease my rating.

This cottage was so cute and cozy. It was secluded away from the city which made it very quiet and peaceful. It was the perfect place for us and our dogs. David and Tammy were awesome hosts! They responded quickly and even left us a few treats for when we arrived. We’re already talking about going back and staying here again one day.
