Holiday rentals with beach access in Mai Khao

The apartment is nice, clean, and very well equipped. It looks exactly like in the pictures. The building is also lovely, with a well-maintained pool, gym, and sauna available for use. It’s ideal for travelers looking for a quieter area, closer to the airport. We even decided to extend our stay, and the host was responsive and friendly. However, the location is quite far from the island’s main attractions and activities, so if you enjoy exploring, renting a car or motorbike is essential. Also upon the checkout, the apartment will be inspected, and you’ll be charged for your water and electricity usage—something we haven’t experienced before with other Airbnbs.

I loved our stay here. Check in was smooth and the staff is very nice and responsive. We loved how close we were to a lot of the places we planned on visiting. The unit itself is beautiful and spacious and has everything you need for a long term stay. Highly recommend!!

Have stayed at this property before with Zen as host. Such a good communicator and extremely helpful. Location & view very good. Short walk to town and all the fun of the night market. The food is great. Walking down the hill no issue and many Tuk Tuks available for trip up if needed.

What a wonderful slice of paradise! The view is absolutely gorgeous. The ocean is very calm and easy to swim in. The location is perfect as there are many restaurants and things to do within walking distance. (Ao You Seaside has the BEST Pad Thai). I absolutely loved the area. Bed was comfy, kitchen had a lot of appliances if you prefer to cook. Grab can be ordered to your door. One of my favorite Airbnb’s I have ever been to. Hopefully can come back someday!

Overall we had a lovely stay. The villa is spacious, has good aircon/fan facilities, a ton of toys for the little ones, pleasant pool and literally less than 1 minute walk to the beach. It was a very comfortable stay for my family and I. We enjoyed time in the pool and on the beach right in front of the villa as well as the beach club next door. The beach was never busy which is huge in a place like Phuket and we would definitely consider it again. The only thing that wasnt great is that staff walks in and out for cleaning without any notice making it feel a little less private. Because the villa is on a busy pathway, there will be constantly people walking by the property. Nevertheless, we had a great time and would definitely consider booking again!

Great place to stay when in bang Tao

We stayed at Joey’s place for a week and we loved everything. He was very responsive and answered all our questions quickly. The house is close to the city center, everything is easily accessible. We had no complaints. Thank you, Joey!

Surasa and staff was amazing, they were there and helped with anything that I needed. Anything that I needed, they were there. The house is on the edge of a cliff overlooking the beautiful water like you can see in the images. It is on a secluded dirt road with other homes and upon arrival you will walk through a fish farm and little shacks, the house is behind all this. It is a five star from me through and through. The swinging vented doors are a work or art. The only down side I have, like everyone else that commented, are the bugs. But that’s just what you sign up for when going to a home that has a completely open living room in the tropical jungle.

We had the best time staying at Maggie’s place! The location was perfect, the home was clean, comfortable, and stocked with everything we needed. Maggie was a wonderful host—responsive, friendly, and thoughtful. We’d absolutely stay here again in the future!

Michael is an amazing host. He was able to provide a transfer to and from the airport. He gave many good suggestions on attractions, nightlife and just general information about the area. The airbnb was very clean. He provided extra linens and everything we needed. The pool was amazing. I had a great experience!

We had a wonderful stay of 9 nights at Bangtao Sweet Home. Our host was extremely helpful and looked after us like family. She even assisted us in booking a trip. She arrived when we arrived to show us everything and we were offered a taxi from the airport. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful, with many cute cafes around. We particularly enjoyed walking around 20 mins to the closest beach clubs. The location of sweet home was ideal as it’s near the west side of the island where you can see a beautiful sunset over the sea. We truly felt looked after on this trip, and we would recommend to all. It is very private and secure. The hot tub was a lovely touch and very relaxing. We found this place to be the perfect size for two people. When we took a taxi out and about we would recommend to have it picked up from the road rather than the apartment as it’s quite difficult for the car to get to, unless it you are using a motorbike. Thank you for a lovely trip! We can’t wait to come back.

Nammon is a great host. She is responsive, friendly & considerste with your needs. The place has almost everything you need. What we liked was that the villa was spotless. We were surprised how clean the bathroom, pool & lawn areas were. The place gives you a sunset view, a panaromic greenery view & a peaceful surrounding. We were in love with this place the moment we stepped in & we are sure so will you. Definitely a must visit if you looking for an isolated peaceful green surrounding. Egbert's place was a dream Airbnb and we are so grateful to have found the place. The Airbnb itself was clean, well-organized, had plenty of amenities and included so much space! The bed was comfortable and the living room was super cozy with the best views! It looked straight out of a magazine. We loved hanging out on the balconies for breakfast and just relaxing before or after our day trips! Communication with Egbert was easy and seamless and the instructions to get to and from the place were easy to understand. As for the location, we couldn't have picked a better spot. It was close to great restaurants, our beach day trips, and shopping. The lot itself was private and quiet! It truly felt like a home away from home and we only wish we could have stayed longer. We hope to travel back to Phuket, and we would most definitely stay here again! As hosts ourselves back in New York, we truly appreciate having a great Airbnb experience on vacation! The view is sensational. it's also great being connected to the restaurant as the food and cocktails are first class. if I was to get married again I would get married on the beach, stay at the amazing house and party at the restaurant 😁

Our stay at this appartment was absolutely incredible! It was wonderfully large, spacious, and clean – a true sanctuary. The location is simply amazing, a peaceful pastoral setting right in front of a lake, and few minutes away from a beautiful beach. It was the perfect blend of tranquility and convenience. We loved being able to take a short drive to explore all the tourist attractions and then return to the peaceful calm of our apartment. We highly recommend this Airbnb for anyone looking for a truly relaxing and rejuvenating getaway!

I stayed in June with 2 children, I liked everything very much, the apartments are clean, well-maintained, there is everything you need and a lot of other useful things, pillows, blankets are very comfortable, cleaning every 3 days, exit immediately to the golf course, parking nearby, the territory is well-maintained, there are a lot of restaurants around, the beach is close. It is pleasant to communicate with the host, always in touch, attentive, tactful, benevolent. We really liked it and recommend this apartment.

Great location….quiet and peaceful. Construction was as stated but didn’t disturb our rest. Few unexpected surprises but Heinz and Ar were very helpful and responsive…do appreciative of that. Would stay here again

Chonnacha is truly incredible such a kind person. And Jep was equally caring and beyond professional. The property is stunning, the view is breathtaking, the location is so private but also very close to the beach and local shops. The property has an amazing feeling and energy, and I felt so safe there. It is truly value for money and people should book this place because it is an unforgettable experience.

Good place, close to Patong and in a quiet area

This place was amazing!! We loved this place and the host was awesome. We felt safe . If you are looking for a place in Rawi this is the place.. We will definitely be booking again for next year
