Holiday rentals with a hot tub in Mai Khao

Wonderful villa, sorry that there was a short stay. All very clean and modern. Everything corresponds to the photos. Great large clean pool. If possible, we will definitely stay here for a longer time.

Hi.. The view from the villa is amazing.... worth the money spent... The villa has 4 beautiful rooms and an amazing terrace...Maid visits daily for upkeep and she is friendly.... Pool is very small so didn't use it...We used Bolt app to travel around..and the taxi's dropped us right at the entrance of Villa. Except for the steep climb to the villa rest everything is excellent in this location.

The villa is a bit worn, but matches the photos exactly. It had everything I needed except a washing machine. The location is peaceful and secluded, yet close enough to Bang Tao and everything else when needed. The pool is cool, deep enough, and private thanks to high walls with no prying neighbors. The weekly service team handles everything - cleaning, pool, garden, linens - in under 15 minutes. I never saw a single ant inside, which is great in this area and made it easy to relax about food storage. No need to bother about utility bills either, which is also a plus. The local cafe offers an all-day breakfast menu along with great lunch options, but it closes early (5 PM), though there are other fantastic options within walking distance and many are listed on food delivery apps as well. Diego was always available if I needed anything and helped a lot during my stay. Overall, it’s a solid option for a long stay and good value. I’ll be staying longer.

We stayed for a week at Piotr’s villa and had wonderful time. The view of mountains is spectacular. The villa is clean and spacious. Piotr is very helpful and friendly. Highly recommended for anyone who is looking for a peaceful and quiet place.

Very nice Airbnb. Maid came everyday and cleaned and replaced the linens. We came for edc so it was really close to the venue. Gated community. If you stay here and use bolt look up Sivana Place. Easiest way to get there takes you to the front gate. Better than trying to use the address.

Nammon is a great host. She is responsive, friendly & considerste with your needs. The place has almost everything you need. What we liked was that the villa was spotless. We were surprised how clean the bathroom, pool & lawn areas were. The place gives you a sunset view, a panaromic greenery view & a peaceful surrounding. We were in love with this place the moment we stepped in & we are sure so will you. Definitely a must visit if you looking for an isolated peaceful green surrounding. The house was absolutely amazing with a relaxing ambiance, pictures do not do this place justice. We loved spending time outside by the pool and in the garden watching the wildlife. The house is situated in a peaceful, quiet neighborhood away from noise, we liked the privacy. Inside the clean living area is spacious with a huge spotless kitchen. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The host was very friendly and responsive allowing flexible check in/out times . The house is perfect for a family vacation or a couple looking for a quiet place with privacy.

We absolutely loved our stay here for the last 4 days; only wish we could stay for longer. The host and team were incredibly efficient and helpful from the very beginning, including airport pick up despite our late arrival. The house is large, spacious, clean. The team were never too far away if we needed anything and very helpful and responsive via group chat. We were proactively offered a late check out due to the next guests arriving late which made for a very pleasant last day by the pool. We also enjoyed using the outdoor BBQ/kitchen area with some local fish from the seafood market we took from the hosts’ extensive list of recommendations. We truly just loved this stay. My family and I had a lovely stay at Mirka & Philippe's place in Choeng Thale. The house was spacious and had a lovely lounge and kitchen area. The pool and outside space was just fantastic and great for spending time relaxing. Its totally possible to walk to Bang Tao beach for a swim or to visit any of the beach clubs, restaurants and bars. If you have small children you are walking along the busy roadside . We ended up getting tuk tuks to take us there and back for a very small amount of THB which resolved the issue. Easy access to Boat Avenue for more food and shopping options. There was some minor construction noise from around the area during our stay but it wasn't too bad. Mirka was very responsive and a great host. We would stay again.

The accommodation is located in a quiet side street, yet many restaurants and the 7-Eleven were within walking distance. In the immediate vicinity, you could eat well and cheaply. Nevertheless, I would highly recommend a rental car. Dove is a great host, all questions were answered immediately and help was offered. Our return flight was not until the evening. Since new guests have already checked in after us and a late check out was not possible, Dove kindly offered us to bridge the time in his other villa. There were 8 of us and the electricity costs for 9 days were around €30.

Elton was a perfect host - friendly and responsive. The villa is modern and spacious - in a quiet neighborhood. We will certainly come back.

Every detail has been thought through, from the fully equipped kitchen to the luxurious bathrooms and super comfortable beds. A huge thank you to Thoi , our wonderful host, who was incredibly kind, responsive, and helpful throughout our stay. She made us feel right at home and went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. We also want to extend our sincere appreciation to the Property Minding Team – they kept the villa in pristine condition and were professional, and always friendly. We can’t wait to come back and would highly recommend this villa to anyone looking for a luxurious and relaxing escape in Phuket.

Had the best experience staying at this Airbnb. It is spacious with the most perfect outdoor space. The large pool was refreshing and the perfect temperature. Peter was an excellent host and extremely responsive and helpful. He helped arrange a chef to cook for us during our stay and the food was delicious. Very accommodating host. The villa is very spacious and looks even better in person. I would 100% recommend this villa to friends interested in traveling to Phuket.

Villa Nirvana is an absolute dream! Ilana was a very responsive and helpful host. The view is truly breath taking and the villa has every amenity imaginable, even housekeeping every day if you wish! The kitchen is so well equipped you can easily cook or have bbqs and enjoy the beautiful patio and view. Our family of four was so comfortable and we truly loved everything about this little piece of heaven. Highly highly recommend!!

We had an incredible stay at Prima Villa in Karon. From the moment we arrived, the service was exceptional. Jacky and her team were always on standby and ready to assist with anything we needed. Their warm hospitality made us feel truly welcome and taken care of throughout our stay. The villa was private, spacious, and extremely comfortable—just what we were looking for. The rooms were clean and airy, and the pool was absolutely beautiful and completely secluded, offering a peaceful space to unwind. The location was great—just a 5-minute walk to a nearby massage spot and a 7-Eleven for snacks and essentials. Local shops were also within walking distance. Despite being close to amenities, the villa was tucked away in a quiet area, making it perfect for those who want to relax away from the busier parts of Phuket. Laundry was done promptly, and anything we asked for was handled without fuss. The only small issue was that the pots and pans could use an update—they’re a bit worn out and
