Small but nice single apartment in a detached house with separate entrance. The immediate surroundings are a new development area (single and multi-family homes). The price varies according to the number of guests. It only applies to the guests declared upon booking! Grocery stores (Aldi, Kaufmarkt, dm each 500 m), the historic city center (Nikolaikirche 800 m) but also the surrounding nature are basically within walking distance. Parking space, WiFi included. The visitor's tax is charged on site after booking.

“Fidels Stube” in Westallgäu

Our house is nestled in fields that turn yellow with dandelions in the spring and white with snow in the winter. In summer, the scent of mowed meadows blows through the air and as autumn approaches, the fruit trees and the garden directly in front of the apartment bear fruit. Here in the Allgäu you can really be close to nature. Excursion destinations for hiking and cycling are easily accessible from here, but the apartment, garden and nearby forest also invite you to relax in peace.

Apartment with your own entrance

The picturesquely located and very quiet village of Kreuzthal in Allgäu is attractive in all seasons. Ideal for sports activities, whether hiking, skiing, cross-country skiing or mountain biking. In the summer you can swim in the free public swimming pool (200 m away) or in the Eschach pond; in the winter the nearest cross-country trails or ski resorts are not far away. The apartment Ideal for couples and solo travelers, sports enthusiasts and business travelers.

Beautiful farmhouse in the countryside

You will stay cozily and authentically on 24 square meters in our "Bauernstüble." In the living room, there is a dining area, a wardrobe, sofa and satellite TV. A staircase leads to the sleeping area with a 140 × 200 cm mattress. Adjacent to the entrance area is a small but fully equipped kitchen. A modern bathroom with underfloor heating and daylight completes the apartment. A washing machine + dryer can be used for €4 per load.

Guest accommodation on farm

In our former, newly converted barn, we offer simple but fully equipped 44 square meter accommodation for uncomplicated guests. Our farm is located in a quiet and beautiful environment. We run an organic farm with cows, chickens, horses and cats. Our garden invites you to linger and in case of rain there is a covered seating area. A sofa bed is available for a child, and a travel crib can also be accommodated. Welcome!

Attic studio

Our simple but functionally furnished attic studio is located in Isny, a lovely small town in the Allgäu. It offers enough space for two adults. The two regional airports Friedrichshafen am Bodensee and Memmingen are about 30 kilometers away. The house is located 5 minutes from the city center of Isny. The nearest supermarket is a 5-minute walk. A small ski lift for beginners is in approx. 5 minutes.

Cozy 1-room apartment with small terrace

The small app. "Argen" is our smallest, but it doesn't need to hide. It has everything you need to feel good, even a dishwasher. Since the bed has a width of 120 cm, it is designed for one person. However, there would also be room for another person on the pull-out sofa bed. It is especially nice that you enter the apartment directly from our small courtyard, where you can also enjoy the sun.

[2] Vacation apartment on the organic farm

The apartment is on the 2nd floor of a farmhouse. Until March 2024, organic hay milk was produced. Now, due to our retirement, we limit ourselves to raising cows and producing hay for organic hay milk. The cowshed can be visited by appointment during the winter months. Families welcome! A baby bed & high chair can be provided. Outdoor furniture can also be used. Also a swing and sandbox.

Sweet Old Town apartment

The cute old town apartment is centrally located in Isny im Allgäu. Public parking (extra charge) is nearby (e.g. at the city wall). The nearest supermarket is within walking distance and bakeries, clothing stores, bars and a cinema are also very close. Various hiking trails, bike paths and cross-country ski trails start in the village and are well-signposted.

Beautiful construction trailer in the Allgäu

A beautiful construction trailer, which we have completely built from the frame, cozy and with attention to detail, ideal for 1 to 2 people. The construction trailer is equipped with a complete kitchen including hot water and a fridge and is heated with a wood-burning stove. Next to it is the toilet and the outdoor shower to be heated with wood in the open air.

This apartment - in the popular district of St. Mang - is located on the first floor of an apartment building and offers a combined living and dining area with fitted kitchen and a separate bedroom on 30 square meters. The bright bathroom is newly renovated and equipped with a shower. The apartment also has its own, separate entrance.
