Quiet, Bright & Airy flat near the town center

It's a family duplex used by our children during the university year. My spacious 3 bedroom flat has everything you need for your trip in Angers. On the first floor ( set above street level ), I'm offering one bedroom, bathroom, kitchen with a dining and living area, wifi and washer/dryer. And on the second, there are the 2 other bedrooms, 1 toilet and a bathroom Being at a walking distance of both the train station and the town center, it also has its own private parking spot.

The duplex features an open layout, showcasing exposed beams and stone walls. A comfortable seating area with a modern armchair is visible, alongside a television and dining table. The staircase leads to the upper sleeping area, highlighted by natural light from large windows.
