Peaceful location but still in the middle of the New Town

Our house is located within walking distance (about 5 minutes) to the Mainz central station, centrally but still quietly located in a play street, in the middle of the central trendy neighborhood: the Neustadt. The guest apartment is on the 3rd floor (attic) and consists of a large living room/bedroom with a 1.40 m wide bed and a sofa bed, a separate bedroom with 1.40 m bed, a cozy kitchen with dining area and a bathroom. We ourselves live in the house with our four children.
