Es un departamento que está muy bien ubicado tiene él aeropuerto a 3 minutos a parte de eso tiene playas a menos de 15 minutos. Cuenta con makro red vital, cines, súper mercados y el centro comercial planeta sotavento, todo eso lo tiene al lado del edificio. la piscina los días lunes no abre por mantenimiento y los siguientes días abre de 11:00 am a 6pm
