Detached apartment with approx. 34 sqm in a detached house, in which the owners also live. Extremely quiet location, since no thoroughfare. Separate entrance from the outside. 7 min. walk to the S-Bahn. 25 min. to Munich Central Station. 3 min. walk to the shopping center (supermarket, pharmacy, hairdresser...). 5 min. walk to the city center Fürstenfeldbruck. We also speak English and French. Non-smoking. No pets. Due to the current situation, surfaces and door handles are regularly disinfected.

We offer our beautiful in-law in the attic of our renovated semi-detached house with garden. The in-law apartment with private bathroom (shower / toilet) and small fully equipped kitchenette has everything you need for a short stay. Our small vacation home is located in the middle of our horse farm on which we also live ourselves. Here you can live idyllically in nature and still be conveniently located. Quiet walking paths directly from the farm invite you to stroll through nature. The proximity to Augsburg and Munich (each approx. 30 minutes by car) is ideal for city tours. The small cottage has a small kitchen and a bathroom with sauna. A car is an advantage.

The property is located approx. 15 minutes' walk from the S-Bahn, which takes you 20 minutes directly to the center of Munich. Supermarket, bakery, butcher, various restaurants and a bus stop are within 500 meters. The apartment is located in the basement of a small apartment building with 6 parties. There is a private entrance. A lot of light enters the room through the slope and a large window. There is no cooking.

The apartment, renovated in 2018, is on the first floor and has a bedroom, kitchen-living room, shower room and terrace. It is 24 m² and is 200 m from the Maisach S-Bahn station. You are in Munich city center in 34 minutes by S-Bahn. An S-Bahn train leaves every 20 minutes. A parking space in front of the house is available. We live with our three children in the house, so there is always something going on!
