We had a wonderful stay at Gwenn House. The location is perfect — it’s conveniently close to both Lawson and Alfamart, making it easy to grab snacks, drinks, or any last-minute essentials. Morning walks were a highlight, as the place is just a short stroll from a beautiful lakeside path, ideal for fresh air and scenic views. One of the standout features is the access to swimming pool, which was a hit with both kids and adults. However this pool is not direct access to our room, but its okay to enjoy the pool. What really made the experience special for our children was the wide variety of board games available. It’s rare to find a place that combines comfort, convenience, and family-friendly fun so well.

Location: amazing. Has a direct path to the mall. Area: safe because of the security staff and receptionists Room: simple but has the necessary equipment/furniture/utensils

The owner is super responsive, and they are nice. The instruction is clear and the place is easy to find. The parking area is big, but if you dont get along the tower, you need to park quiet far. The apartment is quiet small, that can fit 1 double bed with extraspace for small foldable table and one chair. The location is great although it is the farthest tower from Aeon Mall, around 15 minutes walking distance through outside road, so if you want a walkable distance, you better choose another tower. overall we enjoyed staying there for buisness purposes near Aeon BSD. hope this helps

It was a new building and was tidy. The building management of friendly security guards and USD workers was great. It was the best value for the money. The only downside is that there is some noise.
