Loft holiday rentals in Malasaña, Centro

We chose this place because of its proximity to the Metropolitan Stadium for a concert. Close to the airport and easy to get to, plus self check-in by code, so no physical keys were needed. Angela answered any questions at all times. The air conditioning was a plus, due to the extreme heat. Thank you for everything.

This place was exactly as described. It’s a tiny but well appointed room. The ceiling is quite high which allows for the large loft bed area and for the room to feel larger and airy. The bathroom is pretty with a good shower and stocked with nice Aesop soaps and shampoo. The A/C was great, it was nice and cool during a very bite June week. The chair /foldout there could be more comfortable which was the only small drawback. But the bed was totally comfortable. It’s not a place you are staying in to hang out in anyway. It’s a great location at an affordable cost. It’s pretty and restful to sleep at. The walk ability to Retiro and the Botanical Garden is lovely. The are cafes and restaurants not to far. The Prado is a short stroll too. Being close to the Atocha train station was super convenient for arriving from the airport and for departure by train to another Spanish city. This place is small, simple, pretty, and very good deal!

Amazing place to stay at, I would highly recommend booking this Airbnb! It is in the heart of Madrid and had great restaurants and stores within 15 minutes. I plan to stay here again in the near future as it was a great location. The hosts are incredible people!

Eva is always attentive to all the details to make sure your stay is pleasant. He gave us facilities to enter before and even took out several copies of the keys (we were 3 people) for our convenience without having to ask for it. Inside the amenities, it has all you need on your stay. We had a very pleasant stay.

The Appartment was really nice - the metro is a bit far away but all in all the connections where really nice. The only thing i didnt know is that there was a big construction site in front of the house - so the house wasnt really living up to the noise-free standard mentioned on the website. But all in all a great place to stay.

Excellent space and excellent hosts. The place is comfortable, clean, spacious and perfect for long or short stays. It's on the 0th floor and it's perfect because we had 4 very heavy suitcases. There's a supermarket a block away. Two blocks away is the Palos de la Frontera subway station and a lot of shops (restaurants) around. It is quiet at night and ideal if you want to be close to the Atocha station or because of El Retiro. Thank you so much for hosting me

Ana is a very friendly host. We arrived Madrid at early morning so we asked for an early check-in. Ana was so kind, she waited for us at the apartment and it was 10:00am. The apartment is easy to find and locate just behind the market, many restaurants and bars surrounding. However, you couldn’t hear any noise at night except bird. We have a wonderful experience at Madrid. Thanks Ana.

Jose helped us with everything we needed, always with a smile. The place was exactly what we needed: Close to every place you'll want to visit, by walk. There are constructions around (suppose to end in a week or soo- but the windows are double glass so you can't hear anything. Overall- we LOVED our stay We felt right at home Definitely we'll come back

I had a great time and had easy transport access for everything. The area is friendly and full of local shops and cafes. the hosts are great at communicating everything I needed and I look forward to going back. it's a great place to stay and also is cool in hot weather so very comfortable.

This is one of the best airbnbs I have stayed at. Great location, easy to check in, super clean and with extra storage for your luggage’s if you arrived early.

Both the accommodation and Karena, the hostess are cool. Extremely clean and complete accommodation. Excellent beds. Environment surpasses the images. Karena is a careful, attentive and always agile host to respond and help. I highly recommend!!!

We had a great stay at Javier’s place. The washing machine was a big help for travellers like us. The grocery beside his place was a big plus.

The accommodation is located in a good spot within the city of Madrid, close to bus stops and the subway. I felt at home, it's clean, comfortable and very well furnished. I would choose it again if I go back to Madrid!

This was perfect for our family of 5 - 3 bedroom - 3 bathrooms - exactly what we expected from the website - fantastic and proactive communication from the hosts - really flexible at check in - we travelled from the US and we were allowed early check in - super helpful. Great location, lots to see, lots of local restaurants and bars - private and quiet. AC was great. Ideal for what we needed.

David and Gaby's attention to everything was phenomenal. We are happy to provide any help you may need for a better stay in Madrid. The loft is as described in the ad, and it has very good subway connections. A 10/10 experience, thanks also to his recommendations about Madrid and everything David provides in the loft to be comfortable. :)

Mariana's place was the most beautifully designed space I stayed în and I felt especially honored to be there as I am a fan of the Never too small channel. The place had everything you need and its position was the best, în the La Latina quartier, which is central enough (about 1km of The km 0), but feels like living among the locals. You also have shops nearby - Carrefour market 2 minutes away, 2 non-stop shops 4 minutes away and a bigger Dia supermarket 7 minutes away (also remmember that Madrid has good water and you can drink from the fountains în the city).Metro station is also near- 5 minutes away. And if you need to store your bags, there is a place on the same street with lockers. There is also El Rastro outdoor market that happens every Sunday, which is also on the street of the accomodation and I really recommend. Would come back if I had the chance.
